"For instance we can send the consent for the initial provision of services via BlueInk and get it signed that very day. When using the USPS, we might wait for months for the paperwork to be returned and things get lost."
"The only thing I don't like (and I actually think it is an email account issue) is that if I receive multiple items to sign they come stacked up in one email and it is hard to keep track of the documents and I worry that I missed one."
