DigiSigner is a cloud-based digital signature solution that caters to small businesses in industries such as real estate, human resources and law. It helps users to electronically sign and send documents to stakeholders and clients.

DigiSigner offers built-in templates and custom branding tools for documents. It is compliant with digital signature laws including ESIGN, UETA and eIDAS. Documents can be signed using a mouse or uploaded as an image. The solution sends email alerts to the sender when recipients have completed signing. Users can also embed documents directly on their websites using the DigiSigner API.

DigiSigner employs SSL-grade encryption for document security. Documents are stored in a centralized repository and can be tagged under related categories.

DigiSigner offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone and email.

It's free, and it's reliable - I can see if clients received their proposals, and get an email when they accept / sign contracts so it's exactly what I need. Perfect for a small company that doesn't send out proposals on a daily basis too. Simple easy to use interface too.

Cons

Clunky to add form fields to a contract, but it works. You can't line them up for instance, but that's ok.

I don't have to get out of my chair to complete my business which is fantastic, everybody who signed thought it was great.

Cons

The monthly charge, I do not like paying monthly. The charges are too high, they are very expensive!

Pros

Very easy to use for getting digital signatures.
Really like the ability to reuse email text.

Cons

Wish there were other payment plans... The first payment plan is too high for a occasional user. Wish it had per use plan.

Very simple interface, easy to quickly sign documents. Saving signatures is a huge plus - don't have to resign documents every time.

Cons

Organizing documents seemed a little difficult, but I didn't take advantage of the folder system that they offer.

Pros

It's very user friendly. It is easy to create documents and signatures and easy to send to customers. It is also free, which is awesome. A great product that has come in very handy for us.

I like using DigiSigner because its very user-friendly and makes e-signing documents flow smoothly. I like how easy it is to add the signature prompts before sending a document, all of the signature options, the email alerts and the simple navigation. I also like that I can easily access previous documents. Nice product!

I like that you can sign a document but you can also create one and fill in the blanks. The website is also easy to use.

Cons

I don't like that you can only sign 3 documents a month if you have the free version. Also, the quality of the text is blurred online when editing or signing.

I appreciate the ease and simplicity of creating templates. I like that I can send it out to a whole team, and I see who has signed, and who hasn't!

Cons

I wish it was all free! I run a non-profit and am unable to pay the monthly fee, so I wish I could access all the functions for free.

The fields are simple and user-friendly. I've always been able to use it for any documents that I had to have signed. I think our clients find it easy to use too.

Cons

The look of it is slightly dated. Hellosign is, in my opinion, more updated and clean looking. I would probably like the interface to be updated and I think it would appeal more to younger people.

It is very easy to fill in sign and date forms- both on the business and the client side. Most of the clients you don't even have to explain much. Haven't tested how well do the e-signatures it stand in court though, and hope I will never have to.

Quick easy sign offs for legally binding documents when people are not located nearby. Gain time and security and speed.

Pros

Reasonably easy to use and to explain to people how to sign. Quick and reliable as everyone is notified when the signature has taken place.

Cons

A little more explanation for signers about how to chose either their signature or the ready-written ones.

Cons

I wish I could edit documents and re-use for new send outs! For my business, I use a lot of the same documents so it would be nice to not have to upload the same one every time.

I just would like to let you know that we already offer the option for reusing of documents. This is what we call templates and they were designed exactly for the scenarios like yours where you need to send out one and the same form again and again.

I like how easy it is to set up documents for signing, and I think it's very easy for my clients to use as well. It saves a lot of time being able to use DigiSigner to get signatures, rather than having to send a physical copy of a document or even a regular, fillable PDF.

Cons

I dont think there are any downsides to the software itself. I have encountered problems in the past regarding the three document per month limit for free users, however - sometimes it will say I've hit the limit when I've only sent two documents in a month.
