Easy to use, Value is there
Docsketch is easy for everyone using it - both our team and our customers. We have had many clients comment on how easy it was to complete signatures and how streamlined the entire process was. It makes it very, very clear where to sign and prevents clients from wasting time hunting for signature lines. No download is necessary which removes any burden from the client. We set it up in a matter of minutes and had our first signed contract out and back to us in under an hour. Lastly, to the Docsketch team's credit, they seem to be constantly improving the product and releasing updates.
CONSWe have not discovered any true cons thus far. Do they lack features that other "big guys" lack? Maybe. But if you're looking for a straight-forward and easy-to-use platform to get contracts signed, counter-signed, and tracked along the way, then Docsketch is for you.

Great electronic signing system for low cost providers
The price is the #1 factor in choosing SignWell. we used to use Hello Sign before they were bought by Dropbox. At the time the price was similar for similar features. Dropbox they decided they were at the level of Docusign (they are not) and raised their price beyond what we were willing to pay. For a simple electronic signature system this does the job quite well and at a much lower cost with similar functionality to higher end providers. i see no reason to spend more to get less value for my money.
CONStheir templates do not have as many out the box functions as do other providers but again for the price I am willing to do some workarounds.

Best out there
I feel it’s the best out there it’s cheaper and gives you 3 documents free trail and these look and come through amazing. It’s simple to use for people who are not tech savvy

An easy to use E-sign software with a robust free version!
Highly recommend! I've used all the other e-signature tools and this holds up with the best.
PROSIntuitive and easy to use with a clean interface. I like that there's a free version that includes most of what you need to e-sign docs (with the option to store 1 template)-- it's pretty robust for free. The upgraded version allows you to store multiple. templates
CONSVery minor, but it would be nice to have the option to have the final signer edit a template before it goes to the first signer. A workaround is to switch the signers, but it means your signature is already on the contract if they decide to add text. Another workaround would to not use a template. Maybe there's a better way but I didn't figure that out on my own.

Maybe it's not as secure, but I liked the ability to retrieve signed documents much better with SignWell than DocuSign.

Perfect for my needs
My overall experience of the application was the ease and simplicity of use. I must also include the notifications/alerts, your document has been signed.
PROSCompared to other higher-end products, SignWell offers the same if not more.
CONSI did not find anything about the product to consider a reason not to use it.

It’s an easy to use app, and on desktop. I like using it.
PROSI really like their free trial with all the features available. I also loved being able to text links for signing, I liked their price competitiveness, and I like that it’s a trust worthy name. Very easy to use. I would recommend over docusign to anyone.
CONSSigning link was not part of entry package. The template feature can be improved. Ie, I create a template and everytime I use it, the fields are auto filled with original signer. Wish I could adjust color scheme. Sometimes I’m working in the evenings and the bright white isn’t too friendly

Good alternative to DocuSign
So far, it's good. It's my first e-signature tool option.
PROSI liked its freemium version being quite complete. It's easy to use. Nice UI.
CONSIt might lack some features. Can't do some changes if a document has been started. Have to save the contacts before starting the document signature process. It does not allow to pre-define (or complete) fields. Important: all above might also be lack of knowledge from my side. I wasn't able to do it, so I guess are lacking features.

Great signature solution for small business getting started
Many entrepreneurs have used competing products previously. The reality is that those products ie docusign are often too much for what a small business needs and are priced accordingly! Signwell provides all of the core features and helps grow with your business. Just need a few proposals signed now and then? Signwell is perfect. Need something more robust? Signwell offers that as well but doesn't force you into higher tiers.
CONSSo far, We haven't found anything we don't like about the platform. It has all of the core features we need and works in the way that we expect. Easy to create documents, Easy to get them signed.

All of the other products are meant for larger businesses that require more collaboration, compliance etc. As a small business, we just need a simple solution that allows us to get started. While Signwell does have more complex options, they don't force you into those until you need them.

Docusign tries to provide TOO much functionality for smaller businesses and as a result, costs significantly more.

Excellent for SMBs
Docsketch has been a lifesaver. I cannot always get documents to a client in person. I needed something both easy for me and easy for my clients to complete. Docsketch filled that need. I tried several other services, but, found the combination of features and pricing from Docsketch to be just right.
PROSDocsketch is user friendly and simple. The process of converting PDF documents to forms that can be electronically completed is intuitive and fast. Generally, I love how fast and easy it is to get a document to a client for review and signature. I've also received positive feedback from users who find their signing experience easy and fast.
CONSThere are some missing features, such as the ability to organize templates, that would make workflow easier.

AM VERY HAPPY TO FOUND THE APPLICATION, I HAD TRIED SEVERAL DIGITAL SIGNING APPLICATIONS, BUT SIGNWELL MADE ME STOP HUNTING FOR DIGITAL SIGNING APPLICATION. IT HAS ALL THE FEATURES WHICH I NEED.
PROSSIGNE WELL IS AN EASY TO USE APPLICATION, WE JUST NEED TO UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENT AND SIGNTURE FIELDS AND DETAILS AND SUBMIT. IT MAILS THE DOCUMENT TO THE SIGING AUTHORITES AND CAPTURE THE DATE, TIME AND IP ADDRESS OF THE SIGING PERSON FOR AUTHENTICATION. IT HAS VERY SIMPLE TO DASH BOARD. ANY ONE CAN UNDERSTAND THE USAGE PROCEDURE OF THE APPLICATION

So Much Better than Alternatives, and Well Priced!
The standout feature of SignWell for me is its seamless electronic signature process. It's user-friendly, efficient, and customizable, making document signing a breeze. Plus, the added security gives me peace of mind.
CONSWhile SignWell has been great overall, if I had to nitpick, I'd say that occasionally, the web app has a few little bugs with modals and so on. But it's a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic tool.

While Zoho Sign may offer more features, SignWell's focus on a clean, logical, and user-friendly experience is what keeps me and my stakeholders coming back. It's all about finding the right balance between functionality and usability, and SignWell nails it for us.

Sold on the simple, secure signature collection!
We are so happy with Signwell. It has a user friendly interface, has great security measures and the customer service is fantastic! Any emails we have sent to customer service have been replied to extremely fast! They went above and beyond to help us correct a client error without us having to lift a finger.
PROSWe started small, requiring only one signed document, but we were so impressed with the ease of use of Signwell, that we have come back time and time again. We are able to upload a document, enter the fields required to be filled and have it sent to our clients in no time at all! Signwell keeps us updated every step of the way until our documents are signed. Due to our clients stating how easy the process is, we will continue to use Signwell for all of our documents!
CONSWe would love to see an option for adding a paragraph field, in addition to the text line.

I realized right away that SignWell is a great solution for my small business contract signatures.
I've found it very easy and intuitive to use from the start. I've had no trouble setting up templates, sending documents to all parties, communicating the status of signatures, and managing completed documents. It's a great tool that reflects a professional business image.
CONSI honestly haven't encountered any issues with SignWell.

Happily replaced RightSignature
The company responds quickly to questions and suggestions.
PROSI'd grown tired of RightSignature's clunky interface for positioning fields in forms, which required way too much valuable time (especially because I'm a neat freak), so was looking for a more user-friendly option, which I found in Docsketch. Fields that readily snap into place, and other little touches that you don't realize you want until you're making multiple forms per month, have proven to be a big time saver. I find the UI overall to be a simpler, more modern and comfortable place to spend time generally. Most important of all, sending and signing always works as promised!
CONSThe one shortcoming I find is the inability to establish templates, and then post or send links out to those templates for people to fill out as needed (i.e. completing it with their name, email, and other info) versus having to identify a client by name and email beforehand so that they may complete it. Customer service says this is in the works, fortunately!

Simple and to the point
SignWell helped us get signatures quickly by utilizing the template section to send docs for signatures. No user complaints vs other platforms where our clients call us to get clarification on the signature sections.
PROSSimplicity. Everything you need in an easy interface. The template sections is really great for repeat docs signatures.
CONSI don't have anything that I dislike. I tried different platforms and found signwell to be the best.

Great solution for small and large businesses
I run a small online marketing consulting practice and have had a problem with contracts and the management of them with clients in the past, this system has simply taken that headache away and I now have a simple system for getting proposals and contracts signed off and on record!
PROSI really like the simplicity and ease of use of the product. I love that I can see when my proposal and agreement documents have been seen by the other party and the audit trail document at the end is worth having for legal reasons.
CONSIt's a relatively new offering so might not have all the latest bells and whistles compared to other solutions, however that is fairly reflected in the pricing and I know they actively improving the product!

SignWell is great for beginners.
My overall experience with SignWell has been fantastic. It is very simple to set up and I have never run into issues with getting my clients to use it. That is about all you can ask for! I would definitely recommend it to someone trying to capture simple e-signatures.
PROSI started my business early this year and SignWell has been a key part of smoothly locking down project deals. I like the simplicity of it. My clients are "non-techies" (as they would say) and I have yet to run into a problem with them using it.
CONSThe limits of the free plan. Although I wish the free plan had more template spots up for use, it does make sense to reserve those for paid plans. I also did not like how it automatically assigned my avatar from my email address. I had an odd avatar originally and struggled to understand how to change it.
