There are occasional glitches and bugs that are frustrating to work around. I have had to reload in the middle of signing and it lost the info.

This is so amazing for people who work remotely and we need to collaborate on a project - definitely great for the distance.

The problem with econtracts is that we have trouble knowing when we they are confirmed. So sometimes it was hard to confirm if it worked.

Sometimes outta hard to see where you're signing and I don't have much bad you say about it SO I'll just stop.

I love how quickly I can sign important documents for taxes or home/business closings. I feel like it is also secure.

The functionality is great and I especially like the ease of use. No missing important signatures as everything is clearly layed out and in seconds I have a signed doc.

The interface is very easy to understand, and my favorite feature is the Audit Trail, which is really comprehensive and so helpful when keeping track of documents that have a lot of signers.

I also don't like that I misspelled a name wrong once, and I can't seem to edit it back to the correct persons name. This means I can't use the autofill feature.

The inability to replace the underlying document once you have marked it up with fillable fields.

The little signature block has a tendency to jump up and down and not go smoothly onto the line on the document consistently.
