M very happy with dotloop  overall. I wish it were a little more user friendly for cellphones but other than that it works great.

You can appreciate the ease and simplicity of the software.

Dotloop is so much cleaner in terms of appearance- more modern, super easy to use and overall fantastic.

Dotloop has been the best transactional desk software that I have used in my real estate career. The integrations between sales documents, e-signings, company files, and contacts is top notch.

Overall its a great tool to use, it has help me keep my work organized and found a good flow of tasks.

I like the cost - so much cheaper than the software we were using.

Its user-friendly interface, electronic signature capabilities, and integration with industry tools make it a valuable asset for agents and brokers.

You can adjust the specific order of your documents so that the most important ones are at the very top. Clients find it easy to use, they can electronically sign documents right from their phone.

My only complaint is they are no longer working with Keller Williams after this month. I'm going to miss having access to it and have even considered paying for it personally.

Everyone in my company is leaving DotLoop because of the conflict of interest and the way Zillow has stabbed us in the back as agents.

The software is friendly, easy to use, saves  time and money.

I love the things you can customize. I love that you don't let me delete things.

The only bad experience, or what I would suggest looking into, is how a couple has to use two different emails.

The customer service is amazing and when our company first got started on it they were there helping every agent quickly.

Dotloop takes the worry out of getting documents signed.

Saving features can be confusing. Adding additional signatures can be confusing.

Terrible service getting help, induced into terms and conditions that were dead links, overbilled.

The versatility, I can use it from my laptop, tablet or phone and its user friendly and its great when you need to integrate everyone in the deal. Love and recommend it to all.

In my opinion, there are no aspects regarding this product that are negative.

The cost/benefit is spot on. Affordable and easy to use.

Don't know if there are many improvement to the platform though as I can't find a roadmap or a versions change logs.

I dislike that there is no web extension available to test. I dislike that there are few email bosons regarding updates of projects.

Upload and download speeds are great. Navigation is perfect and anyone could use it.

I found the app was very easy to use which allowed navigation to specific forms very quick. Easy to send signed documents as well.

I needed a quick and easy software on my phone for virtual signatures. The best that i came across was this.

The app for an iphone made it so amazing. I was looking for an e-docu sign software and saw this in an email.

At first glance, seems easy to use the basic features.

There aren't any significant issues here and the software seems altogether like a good and solid choice for the tasks it's intended to perform.

Good price as it was an offer. Basic e-signature app that does the job.

The biggest problem with the app was if you were sending it out to somebody to be signed they had to go through a complete sign up and they've illuminated that in the update.

Heavy emphasis on Keepsolid. Clients are forced to sign-up for an account.

No way to demonstrate when it was accessed, what IP Address or email. No option for multiple document upload.

Comforting the KeepSign is really incredibly providing that whatever I select the PDF into KeepSign for signature and an easy to use and do with the information whatever I need to.

Lifetime plan is an excellent value if available.

Navigating through multiple pages can be confusing as it is sometimes difficult to scroll and make sure that nothing is missed.

We have been trialling this lately and there are serious flaws and shortcomings to this. Below are some suggestions.

Using this was so difficult for our signers that we soon abandoned it and asked for our money back.
