eSign Genie Software


eSign Genie is a web-based digital signature platform for businesses of all sizes. The tool allows organizations to add documents, send it to signers for e-signatures and finally archive them. eSign Genie offers APIs that help users integrate the solution with company’s website and other business applications. 

eSign Genie offers a collaboration feature that allows multiple team members across the globe to work on a single contract document. Documents can be started from scratch or users can upload their own documents. All document versions are managed by eSign Genie, and the software also keeps a document history track to note the changes made by each user.

Other features offered by eSign Genie include reusable template creation, email notifications and assignment of third-party editing rights. Contracts and other confidential documents are encrypted using 256-bit encryption. The solution is UETA, HIPAA, FINRA and ESIGN compliant to ensure a high level of security.

Excellent

Very good indeed. Being able to have our customers sign legally binding contracts easily, digitally, on any device under the sun and have copies of the finalised contracts be delivered to the emails of the signees upon execution has really been a game changer for our business.

Pros

It is exceptionally well designed and thought out. You can really tell that eSign Genie has been written with the requirements of the users in mind, not your typical, big company "here's what we can do irrespective of what you actually need" mind set. All of our requirements were already integrated into the software, which is clearly the result of listening to users and implementing their requests. The end product is extremely easy to use and our customers have commented on the improvement to our whole business process that it represents.

Cons

Nothing, it's great! Can't really say anything bad, just need to fill characters...

I can sign up clients faster with eSign Genie.

Pros

It's intuitive and easy to use. It's also very cost-effective for small companies who don't have a lot of contracts. I've recommended eSign Genie to my friends who also run small businesses.

Cons

I have not found any flaws in this software.

Great Product for Our Needs

Our partnership is scattered around a large metro area and we only meet monthly at best so this product allows us to notify members of a document to be signed and all can sign electronically at the central site location.

Pros

My partnership has occasional needs for document signing and eSign Genie provides a pay as you go option that fits our needs well. The document creation and publishing for signing is mostly drag and drop and the company provides step by step instructional videos for the processes.

Cons

More of an improvement request - I would like to see notifications be sent via text in addition to email. My personal email is always full and it's easy to miss a notification. A text option would make it quicker to respond.

Great for small businesses!

As a small business owner that needs to send only 20-30 documents a year that doesn't break the banks and allows for easy template uploads. Placing money on my account is also easy to use and the customer service has always been excellent with super fast response times. They help make it easy for one person to do the work of 3.

Best and Most Affordable E-Signature Platfoform

My overall experience with eSign Genie has been nothing short of absolutely excellent!

Pros

The extensive set of easy-to-use features combined with the competitively low price-point are what I like most about eSign Genie. Additionally, I like the great team of people who work at eSign Genie and provide support - they are available, quick to respond, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Cons

There is only one con that comes to my mind about eSign Genie: the name. I searched thoroughly for a better answer, but the name of the platform is my only con. Why? It simply doesn't sound right in light of how great a platform eSign Genie truly is!

Easy to use!

I did not want to have to mail coaching contracts back in forth and many of the programs for e-signing required a bigger financial commitment or were more than what I needed. Overall it's been a good experience.

Pros

I was looking for an easy to use electronic signature program for my coaching clients. It was easy to set up and upload my health coaching agreements. Simple to set up and clients have found it easy to use as well.

Cons

Haven't really had any cons. Price is very reasonable and it's easy to use.

eSign Genie

Like many family owned eCommerce businesses, we have a large reach. The internet allows us to contract with clients all over the globe, but paperwork is a massive draw-back. Having looked at several 'big name' services which were riddled with bloatware and priced accordingly, I was happy to finally discover eSign Genie - with it's straightforward, no-nonsense pricing and simplified tool-kit The software allows us to send our License out for signature with no hassles to us or our clients and does not force them to download an app ...or trial ...or subscription - they simply sign it I wish more companies would understand the benefits of switching to paperless contracts

Pros

eSign Genie helped me to quickly and easily transition from the hassles of using paper-based contracts and licenses for our growing audience of international customers

At MemberGate.com, we license our software to clients all around the world and using paper was no longer an option because the hassle it caused was a barrier to sales

I wished more people would use it, instead of expecting people to print (?) their multi-page documents, sign them and then use scanners (!) or more typically smartphones to photo each of the pages so they can be emailed back...or worse, use the post!

Cons

Getting the first License into the eSign Genie Template system was challenging, but once I had set all the parameters for signing, it has since saved a ton of time

A+ Service

I mainly use their service to send out applications to potential hires. Anytime I’ve had a question regarding usage of their software, customer service is quick and readily available to help.

So Easy for me and my clients!

Pros

The ease of which my client can pull up the link and make 2 clicks without even knowing what they are doing. This makes it so easy for me because I don't have to explain every little technological thing to my clients. I simply say, open the link, click on the places and then it takes it automatically from there. They dont' have to save, send, attach, nothing, just click and it's all taken care of.

Cons

There are no cons as far as I can tell and I've used this at least 15 times already with multiple clients.

Best Document Processor

Best company for documents in my mind. Every time I needed anything, their support has always been readily available, and I have never had an issue with their service. My clients all have successfully signed and I have never received a single complaint. Thank you esign genie.

Pros

Esign genie has been in my toolkit for years now. Their support is excellent, and the ease of use allows my small business to send contracts with ease. No fluff, just a flare rate for the tools you need. I will use them for life!

Cons

The dated UI is the only "downfall" on the user side. If they had a refreshed dashboard this company would have it all. That being said, the looks of the dashboard is a small price to pay for all the excellent functionality.

Solid. It's my regular go-to.

Pros

Pay as you go option works superbly for firms that do their signatures in spurts.

Cons

I'd love if it would automatically update all signature fields to match settings when aligned vertically, etc. It's just a few extra clicks, though, to set who completes the field, whether it's required, etc.
