eSign Genie is a web-based digital signature platform for businesses of all sizes. The tool allows organizations to add documents, send it to signers for e-signatures and finally archive them. eSign Genie offers APIs that help users integrate the solution with company’s website and other business applications. 

eSign Genie offers a collaboration feature that allows multiple team members across the globe to work on a single contract document. Documents can be started from scratch or users can upload their own documents. All document versions are managed by eSign Genie, and the software also keeps a document history track to note the changes made by each user.

Other features offered by eSign Genie include reusable template creation, email notifications and assignment of third-party editing rights. Contracts and other confidential documents are encrypted using 256-bit encryption. The solution is UETA, HIPAA, FINRA and ESIGN compliant to ensure a high level of security.

Easy, secure document signing, eliminating the need for keeping up with paperwork and snail mail!

Pros

Easy to use, private and secure, quick! This service is great for our organization that needs several signed forms per 500 people. eSign has an address book that makes sending multiple documents to the same person easy. I'm excited to use the bulk feature and send personalized documents to several clients at once

Cons

I wish executed (signed) documents were a bit easier to organize, but there is an option to download all files to your computer or dropbox. I'd love to be able to edit the title of a document after sending. The search function isn't the best, but easily navigated around by zooming the screen out and clicking "show all".

Pros

It is quite easy to use! The templates make things fast and simple. The artists tend to sign a document much faster rather than filling it out by hand. The customer service is great as well! Super friendly, quick to respond, and knowledgeable.

Easy to use and fits our needs perfectly.

Pros

Easy to use and very flexible for out multiple different needs. We needed a couple different documents for 2 parties/ 3 parties and the set up was easy and intuitive for the most part.
The Customer service was excellent however and coached us up where we needed.

Cons

Takes a little getting used to.

Being able to receive contracts in digital format was a lot more convenient than sending out the contract and having people bring in hard copies

Cons

Many users made mistakes when filling out info for the second signer, and I think it would be helpful if the notification I received was also sent to the email of the person who filled out the form

Pros

Customization, Security and Automation. The system was set up to provide the legitimacy of e-signing and helps me process business faster. Online forms are great to embed on our website. Streamline process.

Cons

Not dummy proof but customer support is through the roof. The walk you through the whole thing and explain it while they help you make the changes if needed.

I've used all of the e-signing software, seriously all of them and eSign Genie is by far the best and easiest to use. For me it's all about being able to upload, drag and drop the fields into the form easily and quickly and it eSign Genie does all of that. It's also the most affordable.

Cons

Honestly none, I tried them all out before I picked one and eSign Genie was the best. I have no complaints.

No more missed fields on our contracts! It really helps to speed up our workflow.

Pros

The best part is that we no longer have to worry about paperwork coming back modified, red lined, or with white out. The users we delegate can fill out and modify only fields we delegate. Also there are no more missed fields on our contract as if we make them required it wont allow the user to move forward and sign until they complete the required fields.

Once setup, esign genie has been very simple to use and has greatly cut down the need to print, scan, fax and manually sign contracts. We use the same template to sign our vendors and this makes the entire process efficient and easy to track. Contracts no longer get lost and are always legible. It also also very cheap compared to some of the competitors I've used/looked into.

Pros

Customer service was EXCELLENT and personalized. We use the API to integrate into our dashboard, and it was easy to implement and works flawlessly. For the value and functionality eSign Genie provides, it is very affordable too.

I researched about 20 different e-signing software platforms and eSign Genie was the only one who offered us what we needed at an affordable price-point. I would recommend it to anyone!

Contract processing with velocity

Pros

Features are comprehensive and the customer support is superb. The template features is helpful as you do not need to continually perform the same non-value-add tasks.

Cons

Additional functionality such as creating template text boxes for information that is always requested (e.g., business address, signatory title, etc.) would avoid duplicative entries. Not all features are intuitive, but customer support did help steer me in the right direction.
