eSign Genie is a web-based digital signature platform for businesses of all sizes. The tool allows organizations to add documents, send it to signers for e-signatures and finally archive them. eSign Genie offers APIs that help users integrate the solution with company’s website and other business applications. 

eSign Genie offers a collaboration feature that allows multiple team members across the globe to work on a single contract document. Documents can be started from scratch or users can upload their own documents. All document versions are managed by eSign Genie, and the software also keeps a document history track to note the changes made by each user.

Other features offered by eSign Genie include reusable template creation, email notifications and assignment of third-party editing rights. Contracts and other confidential documents are encrypted using 256-bit encryption. The solution is UETA, HIPAA, FINRA and ESIGN compliant to ensure a high level of security.

eSign Genie - Awesome Product

As a reseller it's providing excellent returns on investment. We have very little problem selling this product. It basically sells itself. I truly recommend this product over the big boys, Adobe Sign and DocuSign.

Pros

The software developers were VERY FLEXIBLE with my needs. Their custom costs were very reasonable. It's the only Electronic Signature Software that allows In-Person Signing without an EMAIL ADDRESS.

Cons

They could add more formatting on the data fields.

E-Sign for RXR Realty

E-Sign was very receptive to our requests and found a workable solution to our issues and concerns. We even considered them for other projects and ideas

Pros

It provides lots of features as is, an can be custom tailored to fit our needs. We made a request for special features within the form that we could not find elsewhere. We did pay a little extra for their programmers to code the custom features for us but the price was very fair and well worth the money. We wanted the ability to send out a notification to certain individuals depending on what was checked on a form. Many other similar services did not even offer the option for such customization. E-Sign did not have this feature at first but after we made the request, they got to work on making it a reality.

Cons

It's can a little confusing for a non technical person to locate all the functions and features within the portal, but after a little getting used to and some note taking, the benefits of its functionality outweigh the cons. The reps at e-sign are always ready to help point you in the right direction if you have trouble locating something.

eSign Genie and Marriott

Our experience has been amazing with eSign Genie. Any time I have had questions their support team is very quick and very responsive. That makes a huge difference.

Pros

We tried out eSign Genie last year when we sent out our 1400 contracts. The cost was perfect and the features of the system were very comparable to other systems.

Cons

I have not been able to find out any cons as of yet with eSign Genie

The best electronic signature solution and with incredibly great support!

In my company, esign genie is our primary electronic signature software. We use it to sign and track documents. Using this software has greatly improved efficiency and productivity

Pros

Technical support is awesome, fast and reliable. I love the drag and drop feature as it makes using the software fast and easy.

Cons

Maybe the interface could use some updating. Other than that, there's absolutely nothing to complain about this product

Pros

We've tried much more expensive tools in the past, however, we've found eSign Genie to be an awesome, low-cost solution that just gets the job done when we require digital signatures - and to top it all off they have excellent customer service.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing 'not' to like. For what the tool costs, it's very good at what it does and the staff have always been super helpful.

GREAT E-Signature Platform

It has made it easier to send out contracts for me and my clients.

Pros

This program has seriously made it easier for my business. Instead of having a client sign a physical document and mail it back and forth, which can take days, Now I can just send it to them via email and it's official. It's very easy to use and all my clients find it easy, and self explanatory. No one has had any issues signing a document. All of my documents are FINALLY stored in one place, and it works on any device, computer or mobile. Customer Service is great and they get back to you quickly. I really like their platform and have recommended it to other colleagues. E-Sign Genie has really helped my business move in the right direction with its easy platform!

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about them, I've had nothing but good experiences with them and their software.

Great esignature tool!

Great product and team support

Pros

Easy to use and the online tool is great! My clients can simply click the link, enter their name and info and the form is auto populated with their information which really makes the process quick and easy!

Cons

Overall the software is great. The only minor issue is the form has to be changed and then uploaded if you want to make any changes. Perhaps that is for legal/security reasons so it might not be a con at all.

Great software for disseminating documents for signature!

Pros

I like how easy it is to format my documents for signature, email them out and then track that they have been executed. Further, it allows me to identify the documents I need to follow-up on and provides me with an easy to read report of how many are still outstanding.

Cons

I haven't encountered anything I don't like about the software. When I have struggled with understanding how to do something, the FAQ's and videos have been wonderful training resources for me.

Easy-to-Use, Affordable Digital Document Signature Solution

eSign Genie benefits my business by saving it money most importantly while also giving my business a way for clients to conveniently e-sign and return documents.

Pros

The biggest pro about eSign Genie is its price point. You would be hard-pressed to find another reputable company that offers an e-signature solution with so many features at such an affordable price.

Cons

Really the only con is that the interface could use some updating. Other than that, it is hard to say anything negative about eSign Genie.

The only one digital signature supplier offering a great pay as you go functionality.

Ability to pay per contract signed. Best feature ever if combined with online forms.

Pros

1) Possibility to pay per contract signed. Offers great flexibility for not frequent users users.
2) Customer service quality: instant chat, friendly, fast, professional. 3) Simplicity of use.

Cons

I have not encountered any cons so far. Suggest adding Online Forms to the pay as you go option. Online forms makes the whole process very smooth for online marketeers.

Awesome interface and easy to use

no more mailing of documents and waiting for signatures, can all be electronic and fast.

Pros

i use esigngenie.com to provide documents to my clients, the API is great and makes it easy to set up. my clients love it because of the ease of signing without having to first create a new account. document transmission is quick and secure. and all of this at a great price.

Cons

if i had to change something it would be the ability to access and modify the document as easy as in a desktop browser but in a mobile browser or iOS app.

Over all very happy and very cost effective

Pros

The customer support is fantastic. We had couple issues when intergrating the API, but their support team was able to take care of the issues in less than 24 hours

Cons

The thing I like least about this software is that we we had an issue with responsive design on the mobile view of the forms.

Best, most cost-effective E-signature platform on the market.

Pros

The support has been outstanding from pre-sales to tech support after the sale. I have always felt as if they know me when I call and that I am their most important customer!

Cons

I wish there was a way to set tab-order more quickly when working with a larger document. For a HUGE document it is eaiser to import a PDF form that already has form fields.

I like the ease of the drag and drop to configure templates.

We are on our way to going paperless with contracts and also receive contracts much faster than the paper copy.

Pros

I like the ease of the drag and drop feature to configure templates. And I like the online form so that it can be sent to different customers.

Cons

I wish we could tailor the completed document verbiage per document. eSignGenie calls it the Folder Executed verbiage. Right now I have two different email addresses and two different eSignGenie accounts to separate Client Services Network Team from the Client Services Team. They are two separate groups in the Client Services Department.

Easy, Great Customer Service, Secure!

Easy, secure document signing, eliminating the need for keeping up with paperwork and snail mail!

Pros

Easy to use, private and secure, quick! This service is great for our organization that needs several signed forms per 500 people. eSign has an address book that makes sending multiple documents to the same person easy. I'm excited to use the bulk feature and send personalized documents to several clients at once

Cons

I wish executed (signed) documents were a bit easier to organize, but there is an option to download all files to your computer or dropbox. I'd love to be able to edit the title of a document after sending. The search function isn't the best, but easily navigated around by zooming the screen out and clicking "show all". eSign seems like a small startup that doesn't have the manpower to accommodate larger companies. Great for small businesses that don't need bulk sending!

I use eSign Genie (API) for contracts with music artists to create Kirtan Aid CDs (Fundraising)

It helped me execute my job effectively by getting contracts signed efficiently!

Pros

It is quite easy to use! The templates make things fast and simple. The artists tend to sign a document much faster rather than filling it out by hand. The customer service is great as well! Super friendly, quick to respond, and knowledgeable.

Awesome customer service

Easy to use and fits our needs perfectly.

Pros

Easy to use and very flexible for out multiple different needs. We needed a couple different documents for 2 parties/ 3 parties and the set up was easy and intuitive for the most part.
The Customer service was excellent however and coached us up where we needed.

Cons

Takes a little getting used to.
