Trial was easy to navigate and use...  customer service and tech support are responsive, informed, and patient. The cost and quality comparison are not even close, eSign Genie is a Win.

The only downside I've experienced is that you have to manually drag each box onto the document instead of doing a copy+paste or click to add.
