Overall experience has been quite good with RightSignature as we were able to capture signature of client's for all the platforms and able to access the other efficient doc related tools. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 3/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros Most important pro part of RightSignature is its cross platform functionality i.e. it can capture the digital signature for all the devices even for mobile and other cross platform device. Along with that it is well versed in providing the document management tools like workflow management and templates design for professional documents. #### Cons The only and major con of RightSignature is that the UI flow of this tool is complicated to crack into and at times it's bit time taking as well especially for the newbies. The cost in the long run is much higher than its competitors. #### Reasons for choosing RightSignature Because RightSignature was providing cross functional Platform operation. #### Reasons for switching to RightSignature The price point of RightSignature was quite in budget of ours and based on our current requirements. --- ### I prefer this over Docusign! - Overall rating: 5/5 - Reviewer: Emily G. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Law Practice - Company size: 11-50 employees - Product usage: Used daily for less than 2 years - Reviewed: August 2026 - Review source details: This review was submitted organically. No incentive was offered #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I love that you can create esignature templates for general forms. The platform was super easy to utilize. You can remind signers of their due signatures and add expiration dates. It is also great because they can be sent directly through email. #### Cons Sometimes my application integrations with the programs do not work and end up breaking the workflows I have set up which is disappointing but overall a great app. #### Reasons for switching to RightSignature Envelopes were getting very expensive with the amount of items we required signatures for. --- ### Best feature is it's price - does the job but challenging to learn and use - Overall rating: 3/5 - Reviewer: Beverly L. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Computer Software - Company size: 11-50 employees - Product usage: Used daily for more than 2 years - Reviewed: July 2021 - Review source details: This reviewer was invited by us to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you. We've had some ups and downs, and it's been a bumpy ride but we have it pretty much figure out now. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 2/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 2/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros We compared many products and RS had the best price. It performs most of the functions we need, so we labor through what is a complex way for creating and sending documents. But it works. #### Cons They had a major change over in their platform when Citrix took them on and the rollout was a bit of a nightmare. There were days we could not send out contracts. Thankfully those issues have been resolved. I've spent many hours having to defend the product with my team, however. My contract creators are not happy but they know it was a financial decision to keep RS. #### Reasons for choosing RightSignature Price was the chief factor --- ### Perfection at its finest. RightSignature is fast, profound and extremely fashionable. - Overall rating: 5/5 - Reviewer: Ed M. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Renewables & Environment - Company size: 2-10 employees - Product usage: Used daily for more than 2 years - Reviewed: November 2023 - Review source details: This reviewer was invited by us to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you. Reliability at top notch. Biometric data capturing and encryption gives at most confidence in the security and protection while using RightSignature. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros RightSignature has proven to be the best. It is easy to use yet very secure and reliable. It has saved me time on contract execution by giving me an upper hand to hand drawn signatures online. I can also share the documents with my employees across all the departments easily and securely. Furthermore, RightSignature is quite affordable considering the reliability levels it offers. RightSignature is a fashionable way to close deals. #### Cons Eventually, everything about RightSignature is beneficial. I have no downside so far. It has given the best to me and my small organization. #### Reasons for switching to RightSignature I consider RightSignature more secure than any other software. --- ### It's Right for Us! - Overall rating: 5/5 - Reviewer: Deniece T. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Consumer Goods - Company size: 11-50 employees - Product usage: Used monthly for more than 2 years - Reviewed: April 2023 - Review source details: This reviewer was invited by us to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you. It is an extremely easy to use software that helps you get a document digitally signed super fast. For documents that you send often, the template feature is a great addition. I love that you can see when a document has been viewed and the multiple signer option is a must have. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros RightSignature is extremely easy to use and deploy. It offers a variety of digital signature options and makes it super easy for us to obtain vendor signatures as well as digitally sign documents ourselves. #### Cons It doesn't allow you to edit a document during the workflow. You have to start all over. The extra step at login could also be simplified. #### Reasons for choosing RightSignature I had used RightSignature at a previous job and remembered how user-friendly it was. #### Reasons for switching to RightSignature Price and ease of use is what made me switch to RightSignature. --- ### Good software but probably maybe more than I needed - Overall rating: 4/5 - Reviewer: Joe H. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Information Technology and Services - Company size: 11-50 employees - Product usage: Used other for more than 2 years - Reviewed: February 2021 - Review source details: This reviewer was invited by us to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you. I used the product for a long time and got great use out of it. It definitely streamlined my contract process from all paper (scanning/emailing) to virtual. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 3/5 - Customer support: 3/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros The electronic signature functionality was the most important feature for me. It was easy to send and receive documents and set up workflows for signing agreements #### Cons I thought that the software actually had too many features for what I was using it for. The user experience could have been improved. #### Reasons for choosing RightSignature At the time, I felt it was a better product at a better price for me and my team. --- ### Basic Electronic Signature Tool - Overall rating: 5/5 - Reviewer: Tina S. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Staffing and Recruiting - Company size: 201-500 employees - Product usage: Used daily for more than 2 years - Reviewed: February 2020 - Review source details: This reviewer was invited by us to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you. Very good priced signature tool, as long as you don't need Tech Support. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros -Easy to use -Allows you to set up Signer Sequencing for multiple signers -Shows when the recipient views the document (or you can turn off that feature) -Allows to set up for Wet Signature only (or opt in for type to sign) -Allows to cc: all parties #### Cons - Customer service is the worst. I have put in tickets that are NEVER responded to or resolved. - It doesn't allow cover letter templates, I had to cut and paste these in every time - It doesn't hold addresses for the cc: line, had to type in every time - It doesn't allow for downloading documents for reporting without an API #### Reasons for choosing RightSignature Cost was more competitive with RightSignature. --- ### Lost Touch With Reality - Overall rating: 3/5 - Reviewer: Natalie H. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Staffing and Recruiting - Company size: 51-200 employees - Product usage: Used daily for more than 2 years - Reviewed: January 2020 - Review source details: This review was submitted organically. No incentive was offered Started out ok, many of our clients had trouble signing online with right signature though. Really disliked the huge price jump that it had, and when we cancelled and requested a refund we were ignored. Laughable response after over 8 years of being a paying customer. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 2/5 - Value for money: 3/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros Fairly straightforward to use, legally binding apparently, easy to insert into the software. #### Cons Price was exorbitant for what it is. Became much more clunky with new Citrix owner. No response from administration to support requests. Refused refund when requested, despite non-use and nearly a decade of paying for it!!! #### Reasons for switching to RightSignature Doesn't cost my first born for a glitchy product that clients struggle to use. --- ### Just got better - Overall rating: 5/5 - Reviewer: Anna M. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Accounting - Company size: 2-10 employees - Product usage: Used weekly for less than 12 months - Reviewed: September 2021 - Review source details: This reviewer was invited by us to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you. Overall extremely happy with this purchase, easy to for me to send, easy for clients to use. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros Now has multi-doc sending capabilities For an accounting firm, DocuSign is insanely expensive - this is priced correctly #### Cons Would be nice if default was the signature box (or could choose a default to start with perhaps) but overall, no actual complaints. #### Reasons for choosing RightSignature Better audit trail (looks professional) and I need tax authority compliance... Citrix is reputable #### Reasons for switching to RightSignature cost - DocuSign limited me to about 100 envelopes a year -- for the same price, RightSignature gives me 100 PER MONTH! and now that they've upgraded to provide multi-docs in one pack (like DocuSign's "envelope") I'll not likely exceed that, even during tax season. --- ### Rightsignature Review - Overall rating: 4/5 - Reviewer: Mckinzie C. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Construction - Company size: 11-50 employees - Product usage: Used weekly for less than 2 years - Reviewed: December 2024 - Review source details: This review was submitted organically.
