Stay away, bad customer support when you need it.

Confirmation emails get undelivered or redirected to spam from time to time and this causes confusion. Other than that  ,there isn't much you can complain about.

I am trying to use this product for clients but can;t get anyone to stick with it due to the price and lack of features/functionality.

This requires that signatures and documentation are open to liability and audits and need to be secure and authentic.

What I liked most about this software was that it is super easy to use the electronic signature to use for those that cannot meet up in person.

Saves a lot of time versus scanning, printing, and scanning. And the best part is that its secure as well.

Via RightSignature it is easy to digitize your already existing documents and customers love the easy of use of signing online. It's also convenient for us and reduces waste.

The website is well put together and easy to navigate. And residents/prospects using RightSignature to sign their lease very rarely have issues signing their half of the documents.

It is great, but comparable websites like Docusign offer the same service. Phone compatibility could be better.

RightSignature makes it very easy to walk someone through electronic signing. It's very user friendly and I like that it sends emails when a certain action is taken (views documents, signs).

The navigation flag causes more inconvenience than help. It’s expensive and I’m dissatisfied with the communication level from customer service.

Their API is robust enough to integrate with some programming help and the interface is a breeze to navigate.

I believe that this is a top of the market kind of software, I personally use it on the insurance industry and it is really helpful.

This software was great for acquiring a lot of electronic signatures, the overall functionality was good.

Creating your own document and having it secure along with being able to choose who signs them, its a great tool for legal services.

It has seamless integration with Google docs and other cloud storage providers to read/write documents. Its intuitive interface makes the document signing so easy.

On those occasions, it has been useful. I recommend it in specific moments.

SignEasy also has shortcomings. The main ones are, in my opinion, the overpriced cost and lack of a version for Android devices.

The trial version is provided only for 14 days, but even they were enough for me to decide on the purchase of SignEasy. I can only delete the whole word if it makes a mistake.

As we inch closer to everything being electronic, sending off documents to clients to sign electronically has been a blessing. Very easy to use, convenient, and saves time on everyone's end.
