Love this signing app, easy to use
Love it, would be my go to app if it weren't for the price point.
PROSLove how easy it is to set up and use to get documents to get signed by clients or employees. The interface is pretty straightforward, once you figure it out, it's easy to rely on this program for most your needs. So easy to use even if the other party doesn't have the app.
CONSSome slight issues filling out the fields when creating contracts via mobile, not a big issue.But the price of this app is the main drawback is the cost. I find the price point super high if you just want to use for basic uses. Wish there was a lower cost option for personal or freelance small business.

Makes Doing Business Easier
SignNow is the perfect complement to our small business and helps us to do things more professionally when it comes to our clients and business partners.
PROSSignNow helps to cut out inefficiencies in doing business. It does that by allowing us to get necessary documents signed quickly without us having to scan pages and constantly run behind people to get signatures.
CONSI can’t say that there’s really much that I don’t like about this software. If I had to point out one thing, I’d ask for the ability to reduce the time to sign all the way down to 1 day. Currently that minimum is 3 days.

I have been using this software for a lot of years and I been happy with it.
PROSThis software is easy to use and helps track information needed for the company. The auditors are able to use this to audit payroll.
CONSThe only con is when they make changes you are not notify. You need to adjust to the changes to do your job.

100% disappointed
The software works fine but it is very deceptive
CONSI am a small business owner of a summer camp. I have 60 campers for which i used sign now to sign documents. Since i have 6 documents they have the nerve to charge me for 6 unique invites per camper or a total of about 480 invites. The software only entitles you to 100 users and then 180 per 50 invites afterwards. Add that up. Don't use their product if you might be using multiple documents because they will rip you off!

The easiest solution that comes to mind right away is to merge those six documents so that each signer gets one eSigning invite, not six. We understand your frustration here but honestly, if you compare our pricing beyond the 100 limit with the competition, we are still offering a much better price (we've checked multiple times). SignNow Saves Time
SignNow has been a great time saver for our business and makes it so easy to review and sign documents
PROSIt's important for our small business to be able to review and sign documents from our lawyer's office without travelling 2 hours to do it. It's also important that all the business partners can sign from their various locations, which saves us a lot of time.

The best signature management app on a price basis
Great - now I've set it up, it runs on autopilot when it comes to me needing to create and send a contract to clients for signing.
PROSWhen it comes to document signing it's a crowded market with lots of options - where signNow stands out is on price. It does pretty much the same as the others - but for at least half the price. This was the main reason we picked it.
CONSThe dashboard looks dated and takes a while to get familiar with - but past that it has all the same feature as it's competitors.

DocuSign looks great - but was very expensive and seemed to cover enterprise features we simply didn't need.

Great product
This program is glitch-free and has sped up our contract execution process considerably. Being able to customize emails and signers is a big plus.
PROSWe use this for our service-based business. It makes contract completion a breeze. I love that it emails the completed documents to all parties automatically.
CONSWe haven't found anything that we don't like yet. This software is very helpful for our business.

Sign Now for 100's of Contracts
The price was the biggest factor in going with Sign Now. As a new company, we needed the most cost-effective way to send out our contracts.
CONSUp until recently, I would have given 5 stars across the board. My company celebrated our 1 year anniversary and with that came contract renewals. This is where Sign Now has lost stars for me. They don't have a way for a business to look at the contract date signed without going into each one and researching. I have 300 contracts renewing with multiple dates for renewals over the next few months. I would love a feature where we could see the email we sent the contract to and the date the contract was signed in a spreadsheet format. When I reached out about this issue they seemed stumped themselves. In my industry we will send out thousands of contracts a year and we need a system to keep up with who signed and when. At this time my staff is having to update an excel spreadsheet.

Was once priced competitively
Problem now is they've changed their pricing model which makes docusign a much better, more feature rich alternative. Their plan only charged when the document was fully signed -- while that remains, they've made smart fields, etc a part of the enterprise plan which made API access worthless. You can't populate a smartfield.
PROSRelatively easy to use API, interface is pretty straight fwd.
CONSSupport can be tough to get access to if there are unique issues. Finally got in touch and they acknowledged issue on their side

It's the times
Using the templates is an awesome feature and makes sending all my onboarding documents easier. We use SignNow exclusively for signing contracts, agreements, and policies. All of our employees and vendors are familiar with it, which makes the process smooth.
PROSI like how easy it is to set up a document, send the document and that the person receiving the document doesn't have to have an account or sign up for anything in order to sign it. I also like the notifications I get each step of the way. In the times we are in today, with everything basically paperless and electronic, this kind of a service is an absolute Must-Have.
CONSThe only thing I would ask for that it doesn't offer is for the signer to have options to add their own comments and fields. If the signer had their own set of options they could respond with comments or respond with request for information, forward get extra signatures from another signer, etc.

I have had a great experience with SignNow, I have using it for 2+ years now without any issues.
PROSI like that you are able to edit almost any document and add your signature to send it to the recipient.
CONSI dislike nothing really, I use the software to sign documents sent to me from my colleagues or other partnership companies.

The new ecological way to sign
We use it to send documents to be signed on a recurring basis. Once signed, it allows us to send them to the sender without having to digitize them.
PROSThis software allows you to sign documents and even send them only for review and signature. Saving a lot of paper and time.
CONSUnfortunately, the use of these tools has not been standardized in all companies, so many times you send digitized signatures and they are not valid.

SignNow: Easy to use
SignNow has been a good experience for us. It has helped us with getting documents to customers and getting them signed, which is essential for our business.
PROSFairly quick set up process. Easy to edit templates once they are set up. We have several people using one log on, which has worked well for our purposes.
CONSThe only negative thing that I can think of is some feedback that we have received from customers that we have sent forms to, and that is that you have to download the app in order to fill out the forms. We have found out that you don't actually have to download the app, but the link to take you to the forms without downloading the app is not in a super obvious place.

Affordable, straightforward e-signing
It is far more convenient than printing, signing, scanning, and then re-uploading documents. Having all my signed documents in one place has proven to be a significant benefit. It is simple to create and send documents to many recipients. It's simple to learn and doesn't take long to master. Setting signing orders is a popular option I use to incorporate document inspection into the signing process. I can tell the product is still being developed, so when I log in, I'll find that something has been changed or tweaked to improve its usefulness or usability. The app is simple to use. Pricing is reasonable, significantly lower than DocuSign and comparable alternatives. The signing experience provided by DocuSign is superior and appears more professional, but SignNow is not far behind.
CONSIt is not as popular as other services such as DocuSign, which makes it confusing when people receive a signing link. Furthermore, I wish it were easier to change the user who should receive when my contact is not the signatory. Clients occasionally have trouble navigating the invitation we send to fill out the form. Sometimes a client's invitation is routed to their spam account, slowing our office's ability to receive completed paperwork. Clients will occasionally use the word DocuSign and expect the email to come from that service, despite being told that it will come from SignNow. This is not a problem with a straightforward solution. Furthermore, selecting a platform that does not have the same brand recognition as others creates uncertainty and mistrust.

signNow is a great tool!
Overall signNow was a great tool for what we needed! Our students were able to fill out the document within their availability and we were able to receive them in a timely manner! We will continue to use signnow for these types of issues in the future!
PROSAs a user of signNow, it has helped our department immensely! We've had to make changes and have students sign-off on the changes made to their program of study outlines. This required us to create a document that all students would need to sign electronically but unfortunately all our students were on campus during different dates and times. This posed a problem to us but with signNow we had our solution! We emailed the document to the students with an e-signature required field and was able to get all the documents back!
CONSIt was difficult setting up the document as it's fields were limited. We are very unique in the way we conduct our program of study for the students. The students have a variety of options to choose from and with a document that we needed to be clear, signNow had limiting fields. It would be nice if the fields we put in place could have multiple levels that stem off from it.
