The best thing about this program is that it is very easy to use, and you are able to get your document back instantly.

It’s was a bit annoying from a user standpoint.

I would just say enhance security features. With so much hacking and fraud going on now a days, I would hate for my account and documents to be compromised.

You can accidentally click somewhere and not know you asked for a client's signature in  an area of the policy that you don't need a signature on all because you accidentally brushed your mouse.
