Best people, super responsive, and most importantly they follow through with commitments meeting or exceeding expectations. Also, Donoma helped with building and maintaining the database for archiving, where other vendors such as Smarsh simply refuse to touch the database or help build that piece, which is required for archiving. Cons: Getting a copy of a 3rd party audit of Donoma's archive is next to impossible. Reasons for choosing OneVault Sales, support, and a fully integrated turnkey solution.
