Bonfire community is also a great resource. #### Cons The reporting on some features seems a bit glitchy / buggy. They only allow retargeting from certain campaigns after 3 months and I find you need a fairly in depth understanding of how things work in order to avoid race conditions. We've had some turnover with our CSMs, which I think slows progress a bit. #### Reasons for choosing Braze The UI and sales experience was better. The liquid is clean and efficient, and AI liquid assistant is helpful. The ability to test a canvas before setting live is also great, previous martech platforms I have used do not have this functionality. The user interface is clean and the use of different canvas and campaign tabs (like you have on an internet browser) is a great way at effectively working through different canvases at a time. #### Cons The learning platform is great however it is hard to navigate and understand what modules are available/make up which courses. I would like to see improvement on the structure of the learning portal as the content itself is great.
