  • Pros

  • I love Autopilot journeys and campaigns. I like the way how you onboard new users.
  • I loved how easy it was to create a campaign and get a feel for what was going to happen and when. A fantastic tool for starting out.
  • Cons

  • The software needs more integrations to be built. Right now they integrate with very limited number of applications which can be a challenge syncing data across platforms.
  • After contacting AutoPilot multiple times, they refused to acknowledge how ridiculous this was. Instead they recommended to.

  • We also get tracking features which is amazing and through this we can also chats in group to make our products fantastic.
  • Integrations work seamlessly, the tool helps us manage a great number of contacts with ease.
  • Cons

  • The constant spam ads/suggested info pages is a bit annoying. If this was not the case, many more of our project managers would be using this.
  • If you have large database of contacts then it will sometimes becomes headache for you because it fails to upload your all contacts.
