Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Aweber is relatively easy to use and has most of the functions I need.

  • I've used several different CRMs and Aweber is one of the best. Its easy to navigate, has excellent customer service / support, and has great email deliverability.

  • Cons

  • The email automation features are a little more limited as compared to some other companies, however, Aweber is priced well and does everything that most small businesses will need.

  • All round good - it is not aesthetically pleasing and the style could be updated, but otherwise good.

  • Pros

  • The software is very user friendly and very flexible. The reporting is fantastic as well.

  • It saves time and allows me to communicate with multiple people at one time. It's easy to use and access from multiple devices and locations.

  • Cons

  • The fact that it is very flexible is a blessing and a curse. It gives our users too many ways to do something and we lose consistency in process.

  • It can get a little buggy and time out on you but that's rare and the problem usually goes away fast.
