Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Use the software daily and I never have a problem

  • The emails look very professional and the software is easy to use.

  • Cons

  • Benchmark doesn't offer the same features as some of the other big players; the automation is limited and tracking/analytics don't stack up. For the price and basic features though, it's a win.

  • Their interface is very effective on smartphones, tablets, and laptop screens but gets a bit too big on a 32" PC monitor.

  • Pros

  • No down time, superior service and communication is awesome!

  • It is easy to use. They provide a good service at a reasonable rate. I have never experienced any issues with this service.

  • Cons

  • It's not something I dislike, but I could be a good idea to provide a summary of the services being uses (e.g. once a year an overview).

  • No issues to report. Never had any problems with this service.
