Pros
- It's been such a delight to use: much less hassle and stress, very easy to understand, wonderful features always being added, and a great system overall.
- Very nice experience, elegant and well designed software, excellent, fast and reliable support team.
- I love the simplicity of it and the clarity of the interface, but my absolute favorite thing is how responsive and helpful they are when reached out to.
Cons
- Emails / contacts UI is feature poor and difficult to navigate.
- I was honestly shocked how easy the migration and setup was. Seriously - I thought maybe I had missed something or had done something wrong for it to be so simple.
- When I first signed up, the UI was a little bit difficult to decipher.
Pros
- Constant Contact excels with its user-friendly interface, reliable email deliverability, extensive integrations, and robust automation, making it a top choice for effective email marketing.
- The feature that I like the best is the ability to manage the communication to a variety of people and split it into smaller groups if I need to.
- This software can organize all of your email lists. It can also help create some really amazing promotional/news letter products to help the client stay connected with all of those emails.
Cons
- The gym was never opened again and they kept charging us for more than a year. They are refusing to refund the charges and did not stop charge our credit card until we cancel it with bank.
- Dislike with the Marketing program that you can only have 3 users on the product. Lost of times we needed more users.
- We felt the customer service was poor and unfair given the extremely low percentage of those who clicked "spam" (2-3 individuals) out of 5-6K recipients on a given campaign.
