The modular panels are very helpful and the design is pretty intuitive when you're constructing your email. I don't typically like drag-and-drop functionalities but this one does it pretty well.

It's been great and their customer service is really nice. They also offer referral discounts which is awesome.

This software can organize all of your email lists. It can also help create some really amazing promotional/news letter products to help the client stay connected with all of those emails.

Relatively easy to use and it accomplished our goal of reaching out to our customers on a regularly scheduled basis. For the price point it is very effective.

The only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they don't have a local feel to them. We are in a tough market.

Dislike with the Marketing program that you can only have 3 users on the product. Lost of times we needed more users.

Being contacted at inconvenient times by pushy, aggressive representatives who would take offense if you didn't have time to talk with them.

You don't pay more for the design, you pay more for the amount of emails you want to send it to. Also, customer service is HORRIBLE.

The feature that I like the best is the ability to manage the communication to a variety of people and split it into smaller groups if I need to.

I really had a poor experience with Constant Contact. I was so frustrated each time I had to work with it.

It integrates with Donor Perfect to keep track of correspondence with our donors. It allows for mass communication and the statistics are very helpful.

I love the constant contact platform. It's very easy to use and allows for seamless email marketing creation and distribution.

The gym was never opened again and they kept charging us for more than a year. They are refusing to refund the charges and did not stop charge our credit card until we cancel it with bank.

I liked that it was easy to manage contacts and subscriptions, as well as time the email releases. The engagement statistics are excellent.

I have once sent a test and all looked OK, but then the actual email that sent was a previous draft. Slight problem and nothing that would put me off using or recommending to others.

Pure360 is very easy to use, and the interface is straight forward and easy to navigate, although there is support there if you don't know where to find anything.

Occassionally glitchy, sometimes difficult to use the drag and drop funtionality.

No training given on the system had to figure out how to work the system.

The team is always available to help and is prompt in responding to emails and addressing any issues.

The customer service is really poor. They felt very unresponsive when needed which really affects the whole experience.

Drag and drop features are good in the design aspect. Thats about the only positive.

There are so many companies boasting they have the best features, and when it comes to it you end up paying so much for these elements, it becomes a huge portion of your budget.

The selector of different audiences is good, once you know how to set up multiple groups. Having a list of 'starred' items is a great way to save time when creating an email.

As a result we have seen rewarding growth across our campaigns, regularly eclipsing industry averages.

Either way we'd be losing out significantly. We offered a compromise but Pure360 refused.

Their Customer Support is the main reason why I use Pure360. They are so quick to help, really friendly, and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service - everytime.
