I like the recommended templates that come in Dotmailer. We are excited to implement triggered campaigns.

Meaning whenever had to be sent out, you will have to fire up a Windows 7 virtual machine that was solely used, to send out marketing emails.

Really easy to use, templates and image friendly, good customer and technical support. Has good automation options and multiple folder capability for prospect and customers mail outs.

They have a great on-boarding process and team supporting the launch/transition. When issues have come up they are very quick to resolve them.

The only thing I dislike about Dotmailer is that when sending an email to a specific group of contacts you are unable to choose another group of contacts to exclude from the send.

The benefits are the ease of creating templates for emails, the reporting supplied, and the customer support has proved very helpful.

Love the segmentation and automation features. Haven't used the new preferences section but that also looks like it will be helpful to our marketing.

Our dotmailer contact is very responsive and fast when we have questions--sometimes she answers within 3 minutes. That level of customer help is great.

There was not much support when it came to automation. I set up an automation that the service rep said looked correct, but it does not work the way it needs to.

I enjoy Gmail because it connects up with my calendar and is able to be on my phone and browser. Functionality is overall wonderful.

They just fall short and Gmail always wins. Ease of use across multiple platforms is the best reason for using.

First of all i can say i like everything because i have used Gmail for like forever and its been the best. Its quickly with the responses and help and its very simple to use and most of  all its free.

The only downside is the access to the Spam folder that needs to be expanded to view, making it difficult for ordinary users to find.

Security issues like spam mail and some unwanted mails irritating. Once user share with someone every time unwanted notifications are really irritated.

I dont like that its hard when don’t remember password to get it again. But I think its more mu problem than gmail’s.

I dislike that Gmail does not always filter Spam correctly. Sometimes, valid emails end up in my Spam folder.
