Dubb is probably my number tool I use everyday. It's quick, easy, and dead simple to use.

Ease of use. Constant updates. The weekly webinars are great for ideas as well.

Nothing I think of at the moment. Additional features that I mentioned are the roadmap.

I create videos for client sales, onboarding, quick explainers, and "show me how" videos. Dubb allows me to do this elegantly and effortlessly. I regularly get comments on how fantastic my email videos are, and this is all down to Dubb's easy-to-use system. I haven't used everything Dubb has to offer yet - and I already can't imagine life without it now!

I'll be transparent, the event driving this particular review is an interaction I had with the Dubb support team - they were INCREDIBLE. So patient with me, answered all my questions, helped me figure out the best use case and did so with digital smiles. The software itself is fantastic, and before Dubb, I was using Loom, and this software basically kicks Loom's behind, but as I said, I'm here because their team is SECOND TO NONE. And I'm a sucker for a rock-solid team.

I haven't found anything I don't like about the software...maybe if I were being pedantic, I'd ask for the video rendering speeds to be increased, but honestly, that's nit-picking!

I thought it was going to be a good tool for cold outreach but the actual product was not something I'd want potential clients to see.

It was easy to set up and create videos directly on my phone. On a basic level it achieved its original promise.

I had a lot of hope for Dubb but in the end it did not deliver. The video presentation was unimpressive and the landing pages did not stand out.

We use Dubb to host video we produce outside & within the Dubb platform to keep our clients informed of new solutions. We decided to use Dubb in lieu of our last hosting platform, because of the ability to apply multiple calls to action on a video landing page. Providing multiple ways for our clients to connect with us at their convenience is critical for us; Dubb provided the best options and value in this department. The other stand out feature is the Video Showcases that are essentially dynamic video playlists that we embed on our website. These are fantastic because the products we represent in our market fall into many different categories related to product type and application. With Showcases we are able to segment our videos into different playlist and they also feature a keyword search tool related to the tags we apply to each video and the video names. Dubb screen recording has also been a great solution for creating demos for our clients.

I believe the email marketing feature is still being developed and isn't at a stage where it makes sense for our use case at the moment.

Their training is top-notch and their support is very personable. When I signed up for a free trial, someone called me within minutes and offered to sign me up for a free, interactive training webinar.

I LOVE that I can create landing pages with integrated documents and my Calendly account. It makes it super easy for the recipient to have everything they need in one place.

The teleprompter feature is mobile-only. I wish that feature was also available on Chrome. The only other thing I don't like is that the video quality when you use a green screen or virtual or blurred background is bad - they say you need a certain speed on your computer or something which I guess mine doesn't have.

I am simply very enthusiastic. You can always talk to the founders directly and everyone is very helpful.

This is not a criticism - for me, as I work in Germany, the time difference is sometimes an issue as support is only available in the late afternoon/early evening German time

Wish I had known about this before - it would have saved much heartache in trying to do what I needed manually over the last few years. I like the analytics where I can go back and analyze who watched my videos - when and how often. Fantastic and instant feedback on what works and what doesn't.

I was using two email autoresponders and was frustrated with them. Not being able to add video easily nor could I add CTA buttons. When I learned about this capability in Dubb it changed my lead generation process because now I could get the message out in the way I wanted and add CTA buttons with several options depending on the prospects engagement levels. You can integrate this with your email responder, LinkedIn and more which is perfect. There are other capabilities I haven't explored yet - and looking forward to trying them.

Took me a while to figure it out like any new software - once I got the hang of it - it is now second nature.

More than just a video platform! It enables the entire sales process with powerful options like landing pages, calls to action and automations. And, they are constantly listening to customers and adding new features

DUBB offers a lot. You likely won't pick it up in a day but keep going and between their videos and excellent support they will help you get where you want to go!

No substantial problems. There is a learning curve but there are lots of videos to get you over the humps and also a chat feature.

Sending videos in my emails has changed my business. Whether it's instructions on how to do something, full on presentations, or just a HELLO message, I can communicate much clearer with a short video than a mile long typed email. I haven't even tapped into all the advanced features like email marketing, CRM, etc. The service is well worth the money.

The only CON is that there are so many features, I FAIL to use them all.

I have several years working with the tool that has allowed me to increase the views of my videos. It is a reliable platform to present my videos to my contacts.

It is easy to use, presents a very friendly format to visualize my videos and track them.I can make live videos to direct them to certain contacts through the email that the platform offers.You can insert the videos in my email with a previous presentation as in linkedin where my target audience is.

When I first used Dubb, I had that aha moment where you recognize the power and potential of the platform. I use Dubb every time I have an opportunity because it provides a face to a name, and this is making all of the difference in our business.

Dubb is truly one of those purchases that we can not do without. Video is everything, and being visible on-screen is making the world of difference when connecting with new clients.

I would like to have more control over the footer in terms of removal of the terms and conditions link. That said, you don't really notice it.

I purchased Dubb back by the end of 2018, when it was pretty much an incredible idea! It has grown to become this incredible solution to have presence in your prospects/customers life! Its invaluable and ever growing! If I had the opportunity to get back in time I would have heavily invested in their future!

I've been using Dubb for years and I love how easy it is to set up.

Sometimes if you have a long video you can "lose" it, but they have a fix for that. It stays in chrome and you can recover the video and upload it then.

We are loving DUBB over other platforms out there. More value for less than what competition is charging.

My clients absolutely love getting the first email from me, and it's just an introductory sentence and a video GIF preview of the video Dubb recorded for me. They simply click on my video and see/hear ME, rather than just a lengthy email or series of emails. The GIF of me waving and smiling with a big play button is irresistible and far superior than all the other plain text emails landing in spam folders. My client engagement soared once I implemented Dubb videos as my first interaction with leads.

I would like more control over the webcam quality to maximize my new 24" iMac webcam, and also see the file size decrease for screen recordings.

I haven’t really found anything about this SaaS that I do not enjoy. Maybe that you can’t stream the video directly in email they have to go outside of email when they click play.

I was in a time crunch and Dubb solved my problem within a couple of hours - including selecting and signing up for the software and completing my project. I think that with as time goes on, I will figure out ways to simplify my outreach process by using more of Dubbs functionality.

I was able to do what I needed quickly and easily the first time I used Dubb. I am not super techie and the day I signed up for an account I completed my project: uploaded my video, added captions, and downloaded the video for use on my webpage.

It does a lot of things, more than I needed at the time, and figuring out all the things it could do seemed complicated to me.

It has really changed my business. I get the message quickly and got alot of compliments from clients and is "next level" in communication with clients

I cant say anything bad but if something it has sometime taken me long time to get reply from CS and all the reply is with written email. I dont know why when they reply me why they dont use their own product to reply me with video message
