The user interface is easy to use. It is clear what to do with little or no training and pretty straight forward.

The automation is very poor. You can't send emails based on behaviour but just with a delay of hours/days/weeks.

Over the past three years that we have been using it it has been nearly flawless. But the best thing about it is it's affordability and flexibility.
