The best of the best

The team at Emercury is top notch! The support and industry knowledge on the team to help you get through the ups and down of mailing is unmatched. I've used many of the ESP's out there over the years, big and small, but none can match the support you'll get from Emecury. They make your success personal and will do whatever it takes for you to hit your business goals. Your success is their success!

PROS

The Emercury platform is easy to use and very transparent in regards to what is happening now. Mailing success, or failures, are easy to spot, see and investigate. Implementing autoresponders or automation campaigns are quick and easy. The platform allows you to get set up and mailing, quickly.

CONS

There has honestly not been a negative to speak of.

Exceptional Results & Service

Fantastic with extraordinary results!

PROS

As a marketer, author, and retailer, I have tried many email platforms and services over the years with dismal results. However, eMercury is by far the best and most professional service I have ever used. Their experience with email marketing is superior to any other service in the industry. Their hands on and customized approached allowed my company to see amazing and massive success, with open rates and engagement averaging around 20-25%, which is unheard of in the email arena. They truly take the time with each customer, craft the right email, and continue to monitor and customize each campaign. Our open rates, click through rates, and sales were exceptional and consistent month after month. eMercury knows what they are doing, how to personalize a marketing campaign and how to deliver incredible results. I am not only completely satisfied with their platform and service but am happy to highly recommend them to anyone who wants amazing results through emails. They are simply the best in the industry! Consultative and proactive, these are the qualities that set eMercury apart.

Automation. By creating time lapse email campaigns based upon subscription date, I was able to save time and resource spent on manual scheduling. What’s more, I was able to increase my open rates and earnings due to more relevant content and messaging.

PROS

API set-up and automation, I am in direct contact with each specialist necessary to helping me overcome a specific challenge. For example, my tech knowledge is lesser than my marketing expertise. eMercury recognised this and checked my work at each stage of my onboarding to ensure all set-up was done correctly. The level of personal service. Unlike some monolith ESPs, you are on first-name terms with the owner and other key support personnel working on your account. They care about your success and helping you to develop your eCRM expertise, automation and email strategy. Consultative and proactive, these are the qualities that set eMercury apart.

CONS

The time zone difference. eMercury is in the US. The company I represent is based in the UK.

Great ESP!

PROS

eMercury is very easy to use. Their customer service is excellent. They have gone out of their way to help me with my delivervability.

CONS

Their reporting could use an update. It can take a long time for multi-day reports to run.
