The price break was also great. I love the resend feature that is available to help my open rates.

It so simple to  send powerful emails and quickly create forms.

Support is responsive and accurate. We are very pleased to be able to use them to grow and expand our non profit.

Easy to use, and the support is helpful when you have any questions. Wordpress integration is also a nice feature.

The email studio was great for creating templates and the autosender was also super helpful.

The best part of Firedrum, by far, is the customer service. I was always on a first name basis with each of my account reps who were always eager and willing to help out.

It is very much helpful in generating business leads for increasing sales revenue.

This is great way to stay in touch with my clients and send mass emails. Lot's of options for templates and being creative.

Easy to get started and fairly easy to use. Really good for a beginner and/or a scaling company whose revenue is growing month over month.

Ease of use and tracking info are about as good as any other esp I have used.

What I like most about this software is you can create your e-mail and design how you like, has a lot of option.

We do have sales reps, who are not and don't have a problem with the drag and drop. They used to charge per account and now charge per email address block.

I am a mediator and always try to alleviate disputes - but if they do not show up - there was nothing to do.

I don’t think there was a part of the email marketing software that I disliked.

I have had terrible time in the past trying to do proper email blasts always missing or sending correspondance twice by mistake.

I am pleased that it has no daily limit for sending emails to your customers, clients, and subscribers. It also has an excellent categorization tool to manage your database well based on demographics.

Absolutely bad, they sent all my email to spambox because they have no proper tutorial about their SPF record into Google Domain and the support doesn't answer you.

This is a very reliable service, in which several elements are combined at once - stable work of the message sending tools, an understandable help system, good technical support and an extensive API.

I love how easy to use this software is. I can create beautiful newsletters in no time, and look like a pro doing it.

Overall they are offering good services in the budget if you want to build and send a newsletter weekly.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE or pay any money to them. They have a very bad service and Support is virtually NON Existent.

User interface is easy to understand and they have very nice templates also which help users to enhance their email marketing experience.

Apparently this pushed their wrong button. I contacted them twice, once through email, once through feedback link.

They made things very challenging. I missed a few planned emails with specific deadlines due to not being made aware of the problems going on.

It seems Mailjet Confused by their own billing.

After the second month, I downgraded my account back to the free tier due to lower email volume. This was when everything went unstable.

The templates are great and easy to use/setup. Competitive pricing, great customer service.

The close integration of the Builder with the Send API to dynamically populate the messages is AWESOME. Separating code and design is definitely a goal that this can help you achieve.

Mailjet has strict rules for anti-spam measures and that's a good thing. The majority of my emails do get delivered.

Getting to your templates can be annoying. When creating a template it often times stops working and you have to reset the page.
