Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I love the look of my newsletters and the ease of setting them up. Automations (on-boarding) were easy to set up as well.
  • They offer great education and integrations/transfers (my switch from Mailchimp was seamless and completed in less than 15 minutes), so it is easy to get started.
  • Cons

  • Very limited in what you can do. Cannot segment beyond the basics.
  • The only con would be the inability to put my color code in certain blocks.

  • I like the reputation and quality of the seed list. It gives us an accurate picture around email domains that need to attention and improvement.
  • It was impressive to see how quickly email clients and platforms in the marketplace were reacting to my emails to my contacts nationally.
  • Cons

  • No integration needed, just a simple setup. Cloud based SaaS that can be put in practice immediately.
  • I would like to see more information around the spam trap data that is provided through their monitoring services.
