Email campaigns have never been made so easy and efficient. Fresh mail offers a well organized interface, with marketing tips and advice for the user that has no idea what they are doing.

The overall usability of the tool was slightly worse than for other tools we used.

At first it mostly for cost reasons but it turns out that their customer support really impressed me. I really like being able to write or call and get quick answers for everything.

Ve had problems logging in to the system when they run updates.

Most of all the features or easy to use and thanks to guidelines in the system it’s easy to learn why and what you should do send a successful campaign.

This app is for me really easy emailing creator - both on the template and on my own imagination. I like also automate my emails campaign.

If you run into an issue with Freshmail they are terrible. Go use another email service other than Freshmail.

Over the past 4 or 5 years I have used four different email marketing systems and FreshMail has by far the best customer service of any of them.

I like the ability to design exactly what I can see in my head with FreshMail Designer. It took me about 30 min of playing around with it before I was comfortable but that’s no big deal.

Great resource centre with a lot of know how about the system and about email marketing. The system itself is very intuitive too.

I'm using a free account now since my subscriber base is rather small. The thing I like most is the great selection of templates they have and the intuitive process for everything.

Sometimes I have a problem with setting any function because it is difficult to find.

First impressions were good. Setting up a newsletter step by step is intuitive and adding graphics & creating the overall design is easy.

When my subscriber base gets there, I'll move up to it.

The templates seem to have more personality and, design-wise allowed a greater level of creative freedom.

I chose this software because it had the best design features for e-mailing newsletters. It has a great array of styles and fonts.

The biggest advantage of Freshmail is the multitude of templates for sending e-mails as well as transparency and ease of use.

With larger subscriber bases Freshmail becomes expensive to use. It happened that Freshmail system blocked upload of new leads to my base.

Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.
