Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very user friendly for a small business...great customer support and easy to use for new sales staff...great mobile application.

  • I love how you can customize every field, action and flow to how you need it to work. Very easy to make changes and adjustments as you grow and change.

  • Cons

  • Can't merge Leads and Contacts, but otherwise good.

  • The reporting functionality is just OK and clunky to use. Exporting data is not as easy as it could be.

  • Pros

  • This product has great functionality and is a great substitute for Outlook . Lots of integrations.

  • Easy to use, nice and convinient filter and search, pretty design.

  • Cons

  • The only problem was the lack of any kind of rules/filters, but it was added recently after the update. It could be free so everyone could use it.

  • Nothing at the moment.. had a minor issue with win10 regarding to resolution...but not a big deal.. i thinks its not mailbirds problem
