"What I liked most about Gmail was its clean, intuitive interface paired with powerful organization tools—especially labels, filters, and the search function, which make it easy to manage a high volume of emails efficiently."

"I like that rules can be written to direct mail into set up folders to ensure you can manage your inbox well , this helps greatly if you have a large amount of email traffic to ensure you can work through these and know where they are saved into to refer back to."

"One downside for me is that the storage space can also become an issue since Gmail shares cloud storage across services like Google Drive and Google Photos, which can fill up quickly if you manage a lot of files or attachments."
