  • Pros

  • Ease of use, intuitive navigation, integration with other services (Youtube, for example, and Google drive), works super well on mobile.
  • I enjoy Gmail because it connects up with my calendar and is able to be on my phone and browser. Functionality is overall wonderful.
  • Cons

  • I also receive a lot of spam and I'm tired of it.
  • The only downside is the access to the Spam folder that needs to be expanded to view, making it difficult for ordinary users to find.

  • I like that we can combine it with our wonderful old fashion Excel Sheet CRM in 3 min instead of spending hours to implement it.
  • Hunter offers a great free solution. Paid subscription is also available) Hunter provides a large number of email addresses for websites, and it is easy to use.
  • Cons

  • There is nothing to dislike but there is a problem, Hunter always provides email whether it's correct or not.
  • Hunter doesn't always find contacts, and sometimes finds the wrong ones. So be sure to double check the leads on linkedin.
