I really like how well it merges with Google Workspace Email and how it allows me to quickly send emails to a group and track the progress of the campaign.

Pretty user friendly at the start. I like ease of finding the data that is tracked.

I love how customizable it is, how powerful it is as getting emails to customers' inboxes, and each year it gets better and better.

Definitely have to get your hands a bit dirty and do some technical customisation. E.g. setting up custom domain tracking url.

After trying and having no success with a few free options for mail merge on Gmail I found GMass and was pleased with its simplicity and integration with Google Docs.

There are some missing features here and there that can be difficult to find workarounds in their templated pages.

Love the ability to connect through paypal and other payments. Very modernized templates.

When I made a mistake while building the website I found it hard just to undo that one mistake, often I’d have to start a large section again.

It was so easy to use and the themes were stunning, site animations were awesome, and there is a lot of integration and built features that make creating a business easy.

Sometimes the squares can be difficult to move around and can change the entire look and layout of the landing page if accidentally moved in the wrong way.
