When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

The integration with my ESP has been dodgy a couple times, but that could be on the other end, not Privy's.

The templates are beautiful, easy to edit and setup and publish on website. Exit intent works fabulously well on desktop and mobile.

I've had this setup on my online store for about 2 years now. I find people are usually pretty inclined to submitting their email anywhere if it means getting a discount coupon.

It's really too bad that I can't give the a higher rating as I'd love to. I really like the app and the customer service and easy integration.

Privy has tripled our on-site email acquisition. It is really customizable and gives a great user experience (for both the customer and store).

You have to deduplicate your lists MANUALLY. The worst part is that they have known about this issue for months and have still not fixed it.

And it's great for analytics. Very user-friendly and easy to setup with Shopify, like most add-ons.

Many of the settings can be edited even with the free plan. This app can also integrate with MailChimp and other email marketing clients.

Although the free subscription is limited, it offers great features for startups, like unlimited campaigns and signups, which is actually the main reason to use a tool like Privy.

It has a lot of good features to help you capture the leads for your website.

It's been very easy to use in the set up phase. Hopefully I will find value when I start the paid service.

The website can be difficult to navigate sometimes when trying to find settings to customize my pop-up with.

Privy has a very easy to use setup and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. The popups look very good, and design is completely customizable.

I can create different campaigns allowing customers to sign up to my email list and i've seen much success with the gamified ones which makes collecting subscribers very easy.

Like that it integrates with Shopify and Mailchimp. I like that I can set triggers for when it pops up and easily design new campaigns to test them.

It is easy to use like most products out there.

I had to figure out how to only put it on certain pages and not my entire site which would be annoying.

Integration with email service providers is also available in the free plan, and the process is very easy. The Customer Support is trully great.

The basic features are fairly limited. Templates were poorly designed for our taste, clunky to update to something that matched our website.
