Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

We moved to marketto last year to send out emails and it's been even worse. I no longer do this in my job role but we have changed to a Microsoft product to send out our newsletters.

Easy to setup, use and customise. Australian software means it's great for billing and invoicing, budgetting, data stored in Australia, and local support.

Excellent product and the service is also fantastic. I would highly recommend to any SME.

For non IT people sometimes understanding the various formats (eg HTML etc) can be difficult.

WYSIWYG did not always worked. Questions when i hit troubles took a long time to solve or didn't come back with a response.

The software is pretty easy to use without instruction, and the reports and management are exactly what we wanted. The support service is incredibly good - fast, friendly and efficient.

Great way to communicate to a broad or targeted audience - love the reporting feature. All for a low monthly fee - absolute bargain.

Easy to use and a great support team, the templates are fun and give a lot of ideas.

New customers find it easy to navigate and use without need of too many instructions. A lot of features and ability to create great looking emails with the knowledge of HTML code writing.

Some bugs remain, including occasional problems with uploading pics.

Fantastic real-time reporting that enables strong data to analyse. Ability to schedule emails.

Vision6 is an excellent EDM platform. The interface is set up very well making it easy to understand - even for beginners.

Good integration options, great customer service and price. I believe it is an Aussie company - helps with privacy rules.

It uses SMS to reach out to people and every message is like a campaign. You can save the templates and constantly update and make them appealing with ease.

No preview thumbnail pics in the list of created message means you have to go through all of them if you don't remember the name of the one you're looking for.

The only speed bump I experienced was learning the new terminology. Tradition problems like learning a new UI was not an issue.
