Once in a while, the UI becomes stuck and doesn't respond - it's the only thing I have noticed.

Overall, this is a tool that I hope to continue exploiting for some time — and I'm glad to know that I have a helpful team to help diagnose and resolve any issues that I may encounter.

You can create a lot of follow-ups and campaigns nice & easy, good for cold email campaigns, customization.

Mostly to automate and scale our outbound process. Our reps have been able to scale their outreach and engage with the prospects in a better way.

Also, their customer support is awesome. They are very quick and prompt in responding to our queries.

Overall this product is very good and highly recommended.

It did freeze a couple times when I was loading the campaigns into the program, but I'm not sure if it was the browser I was using or perhaps they were updated at the time.

They use pink in their logo which bothers me as I'm more of a red type person.

Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
