"Used to work great, migrated away from Mailchimp to Mailjet and for nearly 4 years, every week we sent out mailers successfully to over 75 000 subscribers. Until one subscriber complained (despite all our subscribers being opt-in) And support consisted of folks who can only reply scripted responses and not English as a first language."

"It looks like a solid platform for center-to-family communication, but I’ll be able to provide a more complete assessment if we move past the trial and into regular use."

"We only send newsletters and catalogs to clients or contacts who explicitly opted in, yet Mailjet still decided we weren’t compliant. If you’re thinking about using Mailjet to grow your business, think again."
