Avoid Morphymail - Non-existent Support and a Non-Functional Product

Nothing. After paying for the software, the service has been a complete failure from start to finish. - No Purchase Confirmation: After submitting payment, I received no confirmation email, no receipt, and no account details. I had to proactively chase them to get any information. Invalid License Keys: After contacting support on WhatsApp, I was eventually sent license keys that did not work. Complete Lack of Support: After reporting these issues, the support team has completely ghosted me. They are no longer responding to my follow-up messages on WhatsApp or any other channel. I have been left with a non-functional product that I paid for, and the company has made no effort to resolve the situation or provide a refund.

Reasons for switching to MorphyMail

I was promised a functional product after getting on a call with them, but they didn't even deliver the product and are now silent.

Pros:

This software can be use for free, but the feature and tools for email marketing is quite good and easy to use. The delivering rate is quite good with a few percent for the email are bounce back.

Cons:

The system is quite buggy and some of the time, it won't responding when i click the button.
