I had to proactively chase them to get any information. Invalid License Keys: After contacting support on WhatsApp, I was eventually sent license keys that did not work. Complete Lack of Support: After reporting these issues, the support team has completely ghosted me. They are no longer responding to my follow-up messages on WhatsApp or any other channel.
