Great Software
What I like most about this software is that it is very easy to use.
CONSI wish the reports were easier to pull or emailed to you.

Hi Nichole, Thanks for the feedback! Glad you find our product easy to use. In regards to the reporting function, you can have the reports emailed to you daily, weekly or monthly! On the main campaign reporting page, click on the top right button that says "Manage my email updates". I hope that helps! OpenMoves Support Team

Using OM3 for Conference Registration
The ease of creating reports and defining fields I need to see is very simple. I am new to this sort of platform and the customer service is superb. The ability to save in the address book over many years even when the person does not attend the conference but once every 3-5 years is very helpful. Having a record of the campaigns we have created from the beginning is very useful. I have used Open Moves/OM3 for 4 years and the company used it for many years previously. We will continue using it because the interface with our website and the registration process has been virtually seamless.
CONSThe fact that I can't sort the reports by fields is very frustrating and having to take the extra step to download the reports into an Excel Sheet to do this makes no sense to me. I also think the authentication process is not reasonable when I take my laptop to a different location from the previous one where I logged in is time consuming and makes no sense. I can understand being on a different device would require authentication.

Hi Holly - Thanks for the feedback. Glad you find OM3 easy to use! We recently update the system and no longer verify by IP, only browser so if your browser saved the cookie from the first login, you should not have to verify at a different location. We'll make sure to take your comments into consideration regarding the reporting for future updates. Thanks!

Basic Email Building-Excellent Reporting
The reporting is fantastic. I can easily see the metrics that I need and run reports on the specific information that I am looking for. Also easy drag and drop to design blasts.
CONSList maintenance is challenging as contacts can not be on more than one list. Document upload tool does not allow for easy sorting. Image library is not easy to sort either- titles are too small to read and if you update an image, but keep the file name, it does not overwrite the old image, so the maintenance is manual.

Easy to use
This makes it easy to send emails to our clients on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to keep us top of mind.
PROSIt is very easy to you with the building blocks and templates. I love the surveys that you can send out and that you can resend to non-openers. The reports are great to see what's working and what isn't. If you need any help, their support is super helpful.
CONSI wish if you changed the specific email address where a survey went to, that it would automatically populate if you copied that survey the next time.

The team is very professional, easy to work with and flexible with pricing. The CEO is an exact reflection of how his company runs... Amazing!
PROSI like the price point and ease of use. The software works well with their CA and product abandonment integrations. We have been using OM3 for over 5 years and haven't had one issue or malfunction.
CONSI feel sometimes the software feels a little dated. I wish the platform had more template options and the interface was a little faster.

Email Made Easy for MArketing
I have been using OM3 platform for many years. It keeps evolving and makes my job my monthly email campaigns easy to manage. Doesn't require a lot time and effort to maintain. Once you establish your templates, easy to update content monthly for newsletters. Drag and drop functions are easy to navigate in the software. Date tracking analytics provides valuable information and keeps evolving.

CONSIsn't capable of syncing with Netsuite CRM platform After editing the email title, the software automatically takes you back step 1 in the editing process. Should be able to edit email title and then click send.

Affordable and great customer service
Great personalized service you typically would not get for such low fees.
PROSGreat platform but what makes them stand out is the service. Personalized, free, from what strategy is right for me to helping me with templates.
CONSIt’s not free but very affordable and worth the nominal fee for the amazing service.

Main reason I switched was service. I wanted a real person to walk me though features as well as help me with strategy.

Great Product but room for improvement
It would be great if we could use variables to create a campaign. There are a couple of places in the interface that could stand Improvement but it's a totally usable solution the way it is now as well.
PROSIt's a reasonably intuitive interface once you get started
CONSI think there is room for improvement on a couple of places. I've tried suggesting them to my contact at technical support but they've always indicated something else.

Surpasses expectations
We launched a new online magazine, and have been thoroughly pleased. Our open/click rates are good, and OM continues to work with us and train us on how we can get even better results. I am very fond of the builder functionality and usability, and the end result. Pricing is great for a small startup. Very impressed.
PROSMy company has used 2 or 3 different email services, and OpenMoves blew us away from the start, in terms of functionality and features. THEN, when we have had calls regarding training, and have emailed OM reps directly with questions, the customer service has become the absolute icing on the cake. They are always available, here in the States, and they will reply, if not immediately, 'round the clock. It's unreal how great OM is to work with. I feel they truly are interested and invested in how successful their clients are with whatever project is thrown at them. Super satisfied.
CONSAlmost stumped - perhaps a couple semi-confusing button placements when creating an email. Again, once I contacted CS, it was squared away. Nothing major, either.

Open Moves Review
OM3 allows us to create email campaigns that look professional and allows us to keep our company and services in the forefront of our client's minds. The reports provide useful information and keeping all of our client contact information in one place is invaluable.
PROSThe reports that are produced after a campaign are very useful in developing a strategy to reach your marketing targets.
CONSI would like the formatting capabilities to be increased. They are currently very limiting.

OpenMoves OM3 Review
We have looked at several software programs and OM3 has by far, been the best platform for us.
PROSExtremely efficient and easy to use program. Customer services is outstanding and combined with their cost-efficient pricing, I don't think there is a better program software on the market!
CONSIt can be a little difficult at first, but their customer support helps you to understand it.

Spectacular Customer Service
We recently moved off of a home grown emailing solution and we're very pleased with the service at OM3 so far. We tried MailChimp, but the support at OM3 is vastly superior.
PROSAs a newbie to WYSIWYG editors, Amy at OM3 has been very patient and supportive as I learn the ropes.
CONSAs with any WYSIWYG editor, there are lots of minor details that require attention.
