Their email warmup feature, along with cold email campaigns, worked really well hand in hand. The software is also very user-friendly and simple to use. #### Cons There is honestly nothing much I disliked about outreachbin. Whenever I had a question about my campaign, I simply contacted customer support, who were fast and professional with their replies. #### Reasons for switching to Outreachbin The main reason I switched from lemlist to outreachbin was the amazing yearly price outreachbin offers. No incentive was offered In the beginning it was positive but over the year the support got worse and worse. it took almost 4 weeks to get a solution from then and that solution was turning off tracking. I also asked for a refund on the yearly purchase 5 days after but they refused and said it wasn't possible. Whilst I understand T's & C's i had been on the platform for a year I think they should've offered a refund after the poor experience especially since i inquired about it almost immediately after renewal. I reached out syupport after using outreachbin for a year and my friends also complaining they have a lack of positive responses. I had 50-80% open rates with lack of responses. I then did a test and i got back 100% open rates. Support tried to save it was gmail options and then said to turn off domain tracking. Having clarity over your numbers is important. My friends who i actually referred to outreachbin started getting responses immediately from other email sending softwares.
