Revinate is a great easy to use CRM to help stay connected with your guests

It just works very well over all. Its relatively easy to use. It has added capability to really grow our revenue and keep our guests engaged.

PROS

All the email features, nice interface and metrics.

CONS

I still to this day think that there should be a feature that allows you to choose to send an email based on the date a reservation was created. This software only allows you to choose the days out from the stay as metric to choose when to send a message.
