We've used SendGrid for nearly 3 years now, and out of nowhere, this weekend they suspended our services claiming our account was exhibiting suspicious behavior. We use SendGrid to support email sending for our online software application. This unexpected and unwarranted outage impacted our clients and operations. We immediately reached out to customer support for assistance and received the most unhelpful and incompetent support, repeatedly being told that the Compliance Team would review our case. In the meantime, we now have to explain to our customers that we are experiencing an outage that we have no control over and no estimation on the resolution. It's incredible that a vendor would suspend services without a single warning email. We have lost complete trust in SendGrid and are now opting to switch to a different email sender.
