"On the advice of colleagues, I tried a row of tools for email marketers, but there were something in each of them that scared me off. Either the lack of functionality, unpleasant design, or the user interface not friendly enough… what was especially annoying is that you couldn't create a letter once and then use it for multiple mailings. And it goes about many services."
