Allows video upload, course flipbook, tasks to complete, progress bar, branded experience, etc. which is very handy. Other great features such as funnels etc. for sales that we haven't utilized but are available. #### Cons It is difficult enrolling students within the course and we have been having to do it through a "forgot password" method after setup. I'm not sure if the process has changed but it would be great if they made this process easier and less hidden for the admin. They even included screenshots showing what I needed to change. I think the email says response within 24 hours, but the three times I reached out, it was between 30 to 90 minutes. #### Cons As with all products, there are challenges. Although the customer service is great, the documentation could be a bit better. One reason I had a problem is that the documentation had the word ALIAS instead of CNAME.
