The invested time of 2-3 minutes per phishing test is much more acceptable than a 60 minute long training where focus easily shifts away. Also, this transitions to keeping my personal e-mails safe from phishing attacks as I become more aware of what to look for. I also love the gamification as I am super competitive and don't want my streak to end! Cons: At this point (Platinum, 14/17 achievements), I would like to see more of a challenge. More difficult scenarios, more content on the dashboard, an explanation as to how colleagues in my company have more stars than me for the month even though I haven't missed any. I listen to a Podcast called "Darknet Diaries" and he talks about penetration testing a lot. Cons: Initially, the email phishing simulator had no way to configured planned out-of-office time. This led to missed simulations and breaking of streaks and such.
