  • Pros

  • I also love the gamification as I am super competitive and don't want my streak to end.
  • The product is incredibly intuitive, with a nice UI and the internal competition gives a nice incentive for all to keep be cautious about received emails. It is well integrated with the Google suite.
  • Cons

  • I am overall very satisfied with the product but I have noticed an instance where a HoxHunt training email appeared to be sent to spam (which defeats the purpose).
  • Some of the emails look fake for you to know right away without using the software to process.

  • What I love most SpamTitan is its reliability. It is a well-designed and effective software with fantastic customer service.
  • Easy to implement and manage. The user interface is very straight forward and we love that it is branded with our company's logo.
  • Cons

  • The only point that i dislike is, there are no access to the software from other device except from my computer, as it only operating from stand-alone application for desktop.
  • The daily report of spam or something with held was to long of a delay.
