Very good encrypted email
ZixMail over all is one of the best ecrypted emails I have ever used.
PROSEase of use, ease of setting up. Good customer support, so easy to use with Microsoft Outlook. My clients use this software and it was nice to be able to send and receive what I needed so efficiently and secure. The security and encryption is so important in my line of work and Zix takes this seriously and works hard to make sure this is not violated.
CONSThe cost of the software was out of my budget for a 2 person office. For years their software was reasonably priced and then for some reason they too a huge price increase and I could never get a valid answer on why.

Great email protection!
I have loved using this program to ensure the safety of my email and my computer.
PROSI love how this program monitors my email and let's me know when suspicious activity has been quarantined. I can then see the emails which have been sent to the side to view them and determine if they are spam and harmful. Typically this program is on point and knows when something is harmful.
CONSI wish there was an option to review my email summary more often than weekly.

Simple, easy, no frills
If you don't have an alternative for secure, encrypted mail, it's pretty good.
PROSZixmail is easy to use and simple. It doesn't have a bunch of frills or options, but you don't really need any when it comes to sending encrypted emails.
CONSIt is separate from Outlook, so slightly less convenient than using Virtru which is integrated into Outlook already.

Zixmail review
Worked for my purposes.
PROSEasy to use and met the needs of my company for encryption to outside associates.
CONSWas a little spendy when there are more options, now, for encrypted email. We recently moved off zixmail and moved to another vendor.
