  • Sensitive content hidden] were fantastic to deal with, great customer service and outstanding advice. Everything was done in good time and the actual product/service was easy to implement.
  • You don't need to be a IT guy to use it. And the best feature of this software is that the people behind it have made it with love and you can see that when you will get it touch with them.
  • It's also great that if you can work closely with the BrandQuantum team to solve for some bespoke requirements - the customer service is outstanding in this regard.
  • Cons

  • Integration with our business processes made it quite difficult for installation.
  • The lag time from choosing a template to it loading.
  • Some users have found the initial setup to be hard.

  • It has been a great experience, the company behind this app has great knowledge about Google's environment and API use to enable features that are helpful to speed up admin tasks and save time.
  • The strong point of the solution is that it allows to solve a migration need with the big advantage in terms of time.
  • From an administrator/implementation, I enjoy the domain insights and the ability to have smart groups.
  • Cons

  • The speed of the migration is limited by thread, so it takes the same amount of time to move 1 user as it does to move 20, which is a little odd.
  • Migration history randomly disappears from the portal and can't be retrieved - support confirmed this. Migration jobs can often fail frequently forcing the administrator to closely monitor the jobs.
  • Possibly the worst support experience with any paid company that I've ever experienced.
