About CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, you can centrally manage organization-wide email signatures, legal disclaimers, automatic replies and email marketing campaigns. It's a cloud service, which means all email apps and devices (including mobiles and Macs) are supported. You can fully automate when signatures/disclaimers are triggered and, for example, add different signatures to internal/external messages, based on email recipients, language, keywords in email message, and a lot more.

The HTML WYSIWYG template editor helps you design signature templates from scratch or based on dozens of built-in professional templates. You can customize signatures with fully interactive banners, social media buttons, quick meeting links, etc. Graphics are embedded in emails to improve signature visibility. With seamless Azure AD integration, signatures always include sender's contact details.

Additional features include embedded CSAT surveys, email marketing analytics and automation, signature management rights, integration with meeting scheduling services, and more.

Easy, centralized signature management with seamless Microsoft 365 integration, branding, and marketing options.

Cons:

Setup of advanced rules can be tricky, signatures route via cloud, and updates may not apply instantly.

Great solution and support - much better than Exclaimer and a cheaper too

CodeTwo is much easier to use compared to our previous solution (Exclaimer). The signature creation features are great and it has all the options for a signature we want and more. They're regularly rolling out new features and their support articles and videos are very helpful. Out acount rep is also very helpful and always quick to respond.

Cons:

It sometimes takes me a while to find the admin feature I'm looking for. I think they could make their menus and options clearer. But part of this issue is because I don't need to go into the admin section very often because the tool just works once it's set up.

Reasons for switching to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

Save quite a bit of money, get better support, easier to use product with new features regularly.

Great software!

Handling the signatures of dozens of users working on desktops and notebooks has become trivial. Implementing the signature of a new employee does not require me more than a few clicks.

Pros:

This program is very easy to use. The very intuitive interface (available as a web application) does not cause problems in use. Signature management is very functional. It gives the ability to handle multiple scenarios.

Cons:

No support for shared mailboxes at the same level as licensed mailboxes. WYSIWYG editor support is easy, but you often have to correct the result using HTML code.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has been a great solution for managing email signatures in a professional environment. It offers strong value for the price, is easy to maintain, and is backed by a knowledgeable support team that makes even complex questions easy to resolve.

CodeTwo’s customer support is exceptional. I’ve reached out both by email and phone, and every representative has been extremely helpful. They consistently provide clear, detailed instructions, screenshots, and step-by-step walkthroughs, and they take the time to explain things in simple, easy-to-understand terms. This made the learning curve much easier and gave me confidence using the product in a professional environment.

Cons:

I don’t have any major cons. The system has worked as expected, and any questions I’ve had were quickly resolved with helpful support. The cost is the only consideration. Offering an occasional free month or promotional discount could make it even more attractive, especially for small to mid-sized teams. But for what CodeTwo offers, it eliminates the stress of going computer to computer updating everyones signature.

Very good service overall and am very happy with the product so far having been using it for over 4 years now.

Pros:

The ease of maintaining signatures with not requiring deployment on every client device is very useful.

Cons:

Sometimes signature modifications look correct in the portal, but sometimes look slightly different in different Outlook platforms (Mac vs. Windows) and you have to adjust the signature for it to appear correct, even though it then looks incorrect in the preview sometimes. Easy to overcome though. Would also be good if the 365 user did not require full GA access.

We have a lot of experience ensuring signature designs look consistent. GA access is only required once, during the initial deployment. Advantages, Disadvantages, and Overall Impression of CodeTwo Email Signature 365

The overall package is truly unbeatable, and the support is excellent. You can call and immediately have someone on the phone who solves the problem with you right away – no issues. The price-performance ratio of the whole package is simply right.

Pros:

That everything really works, there is an editor where I can directly translate into HTML, and the simple implementation in M365.

Cons:

That there is no recycle bin, so if a signature is accidentally deleted, as happened to me, it cannot be easily restored from the trash. Also, there is no undo function like in Word or Excel that allows you to restore the last text or recent changes in the signature with one click.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 - It just works

Flawless. I've been using this and other CodeTwo applications for almost 8 years and I wouldn't want to use anything else. Having a uniform signature is crucial for my company.

The way it just works, whatever device I'm using, whatever version of Office, I get a signature on every email, every time.

Cons:

The move from installed application to online application took a while to master but that's a very minor gripe on an otherwise excellent product

Easy way to standardize Signatures

Very good. The goal was to clean up and standardize the signatures. This Goal is fully achieved. Just create the User and die Signature is ready to go.

Very easy to setup and integrate into an existing MS365 Tenant. The Software is constantly provided with new Features

Cons:

The integration in use-cases where users had multiple shared mail-accounts and multiple signatures can be challenging.

One of the best Signature Software on the market

CodeTwo is really easy in using it. You can completly design your Signature on your own or use templates. We compared CodeTwo & Mailtastic and the are about the same price but the functionality at CodeTwo is a lot more. The price CodeTwo offers and the subscription models are really nice and easy to understand.

- low price per license - really easy to use - outlook (client) integration is easy and really usefull

Cons:

There are no negative aspects for using CodeTwo so far. Only the admin/Tenent Admin roles are a little bit confusing at the beginning.

Reasons for choosing CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

In Mailtastic I only have a few templates to choose from. This is a lot more in CodeTwo and even if I don't use the templates, I can create my own one.
