About CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, you can centrally manage organization-wide email signatures, legal disclaimers, automatic replies and email marketing campaigns. It's a cloud service, which means all email apps and devices (including mobiles and Macs) are supported. You can fully automate when signatures/disclaimers are triggered and, for example, add different signatures to internal/external messages, based on email recipients, language, keywords in email message, and a lot more.

The HTML WYSIWYG template editor helps you design signature templates from scratch or based on dozens of built-in professional templates. You can customize signatures with fully interactive banners, social media buttons, quick meeting links, etc. Graphics are embedded in emails to improve signature visibility. With seamless Azure AD integration, signatures always include sender's contact details.

Additional features include embedded CSAT surveys, email marketing analytics and automation, signature management rights, integration with meeting scheduling services, and more.

My favorite add-on for Microsoft 365 and Outlook

Easy setup, selecting templates (or creating my own), selecting mailboxes and users. It just works and that's great.

Pros:

It's reliable and state of the art. A great integration into Microsoft 365 with a comprehensive user interface.

Cons:

Sometimes, the Outlook Web Add-on doesn't load reliable - but I don't know if it's a problem of Microsoft 365 Outlook or the Add-on itself.

Great software!

Handling the signatures of dozens of users working on desktops and notebooks has become trivial. Implementing the signature of a new employee does not require me more than a few clicks.

Pros:

This program is very easy to use. The very intuitive interface (available as a web application) does not cause problems in use. Signature management is very functional. It gives the ability to handle multiple scenarios.

Cons:

No support for shared mailboxes at the same level as licensed mailboxes. WYSIWYG editor support is easy, but you often have to correct the result using HTML code.

Ease of use - intuitive layout. Each section is clearly defined, making it very easy to set up signatures.

Cons:

Microsoft! The connection with MS was challenging sometimes - no fault of CodeTwo. That said, it was remedied quickly with the help of CodeTwo support.

Easy implementation and flawless multi-device signature management

My overall experience has been highly positive. The setup was quick, and the cloud/server architecture completely solved our problem of managing signatures seamlessly across all devices. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The implementation was very straightforward, and the whole system runs incredibly smoothly. I really appreciate the flexibility of the mixed mode (server-side and client-side), which ensures signatures work perfectly across multiple devices, including mobile. Another huge advantage is the feature that updates emails in the 'Sent Items' folder – it's great to actually see the signature even when it was appended on the server side after sending.

Cons:

I honestly have nothing negative to add. I haven't encountered any bugs or issues, and the software works exactly as expected.

Excellent value for money, clear upfront pricing, free trial and fits with our branding and marketing requirments. Also fits nicely with security best practices. Also looks like it would be easy to disconnect and cancel if we ever left the service, so no anti-patterns. I'm not a total Miicrosoft 365 expert but took very little time to setup.

Cons:

to much choice of templates, no for real, all good. We really don;t have any complaints, been using it for a couple of month at time of writing this review and the service is good.

Centrally managed email signatures for the whole team

Excellent. It was easy to signup for a trial. I integrated it within 10 minutes into our system. I told it to override user created signatures allowing me to control signatures without team involvement or having to login to their accounts. Great experience overall

Efficient Signature Tool

We used to generate signatures manually with html and propagate them with Group Policies that didn't always work. Now with CodeTwo, I just configure my signature and hit 'Publish', making it a very efficient and easy process.

I am amazed at the extensive set of tools for creating custom signatures. We were writing HTML for our signatures and now it's so easy to just design it with these tools.

Cons:

I had a bit of a learning curve getting the platform set up for my tenant, but online resources helped me get started.

Very easy to setup the signatures and easy to assign to multiple users to for consistency. Our e mails look a lot more professional now. Customers also have ability to rate our service!

Cons:

A little technical to set up DNS settings but not too bad! The instructions were good and easy to follow.
