It solves a specific problem and does it extremely well. What I like the best is that takes all the best parts of the cloud and puts them together in a complete package: SSO, cloud app and flexibility. And it’s easy to use. The best thing about the product is that I can instantly change signatures for many users in a few seconds. A basic and simple problem in theory but in reality it’s a giant task without this tool. Cons: I can’t complain about anything really. The only problem is that the product is at risk of being acquired by Microsoft which, if it happened, probably would impact functionality in a negative way.
