Professional Signatures

PROS

We are able to deploy consistent signatures to anyone using our email signature. The signatures look great on any device and are very easy to set up. We get many compliments and clicks on links in our signature blocks now. By far this little addition has taken our credibility up a big notch.

CONS

I don't like that you can't preview the signature before it's sent. This has led some employees to get spooked thinking they don't have a signature when they do.

Vendor Response

Hi Luke, Thanks for the review, we're glad you like our product. Just to clarify: you can preview the signature before it's sent even if you're using the cloud (server-side) mode. We've got a web add-in for that. It works with Outlook desktop and web and you can automatically deploy it organization-wide (end-users don't need to install anything). Check out our manual for more information: https://www.codetwo.com/userguide/email-signatures-for-office-365/signature-preview-add-in.htm

Unified and simple signatures in your mail

With this tool, we make sure, that all signatures look the same for everyone. It is very easy manage, and everyone in the company, quickly adapted to the signature being added after the mail has been sent.

PROS

I like how easy it is to get started, and how easy it is to make unified licenses, that can be used accross the company.

CONS

Creating signatures in the program, can once in a while, change the look of the signature, and I had to start all over - but they are easily created, so didn't waste a lot of time. People has to get used to their signature not showing up, when they start to write a new mail - and just trust that it will get there.

Vendor Response

Hello Kim, Thank you for your review! We would like to let you know that CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 offers the server signature preview option that allows end users to see their signatures while composing emails in Outlook, Outlook for Mac and OWA. Please follow this link for more details: https://www.codetwo.com/email-signatures/visible-while-composing-emails. Best regards, CodeTwo

Just subscribe - you won't be disappointed.

From the research I did regarding centralised signature solutions for O365, it quickly became clear that CodeTwo were very much amongst the front runners in the marketplace and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the subscription model was very reasonable. It was a very easy decision to commit to using CodeTwo

PROS

The two things I liked the most about CodeTwo signatures for Office 365 were the speed and ease of getting up and running with a very professional solution in a very short space of time and also the very clear and transparent way that CodeTwo communicate what you will be getting when you become a subscriber. As they say themselves - no hidden catches.

CONS

As a fairly new subscriber, so far I have not found any issues or problems with Email Signatures for O365 and I'm not convinced I will...It was easy to understand, easy to configure and quick to implement. A few improvements have been made to the original signatures since implementation but again, these were quick and easy to achieve.

Please make the purchasing process easier

PROS

It does what it says once it is setup and works across multiple platforms

CONS

The fact that purchasing this software requires an email to someone on the other side of the world in a different time zone adds unnecessary delays for what is good software

CodeTwo Email Signature Review

Overall I have had a good experience using the platform. It is for the most part pretty straightforward and integrating with users information.

PROS

I liked that it was easy to design the signatures that we wanted. That it can be quickly changed and updated on everyone's stations.

CONS

Had a little bit of issues rolling the client side application out. We have multiple users using the same stations and pushing the install out through Group Policy didn't work originally and had to restructure our install plan. Eventually got it to work. Also wish you could inject more CSS into the designs

Reasons for switching to Email Signatures for Office 365

The version of Exclaimer we were using was end of life. We had issues using their platform and decided instead of using their new product we would search for a new one

Vendor Response

Thanks for the great review! Our modern web add-in doesn't require installation through GPO – you can deploy it straight from the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://www.codetwo.com/userguide/email-signatures-for-office-365/signatures-add-in-for-outlook.htm). When it comes to using more CSS in the designs – you can certainly do it using the source code editor, but some email clients are picky when it comes to displaying more advanced CSS elements. Our signature template editor is optimized to guarantee consistent results across various email clients.

Simple to setup and easy to use.

Positive we now have uniform branding across all of our signatures without needing staff to put effort into maintaining them.

PROS

Simple to setup and start using. Signatures can be managed by non IT staff, so long as they are relatively IT savy.

CONS

Shared mailboxes use a licence even when emails sent via them are from licensed users.

Reason for choosing Email Signatures for Office 365

Better more user friendly interface.

Sytech Supplies

Very easy to use and extremely helpful with getting information, sales, and advertising out to our customers.

PROS

Easy to add in my email image. I like that we can add links that make it easy for us and our customers to retrieve information on different platforms.Easy to schedule signatures.

CONS

Sometimes it's very difficult to open it takes a lot of time loading the site, even with excellent internet connections. Doesn't load my previous email signatures easily. I did prefer the desktop app more than the online one.

CodeTwo: helping us brand consistently

I've used CodeTwo as an on-premise product at a previous job, so when IT was asked about centralized signature management, CodeTwo was at the top of our shortlist. Just as I remember, setup was easy, implementation was a breeze, and (most of) our users love it.

PROS

CodeTwo's tight integration with Office 365 Exchange, it's conditional formatting and conditional signature support, and it's ease of administration made it an easy sell for us. We love the ability to use Exchange custom attributes with our signatures--very useful for folks on our teams with state-specific licensure, postnominal letters, and contract-specific titles. The new web designer is quite good, though I still used the application, mostly out of familiarity.

CONS

I would love to have a conditional that fired on the presence of a custom attribute, but this is a small thing. I would very much like to see a better HTML editor and component support--this makes it difficult to change marketing messages because I have to do it for each signature variant. Having a method to edit a component once and re-use that component in multiple signatures would be a boon to productivity for my team.

Reasons for switching to Email Signatures for Office 365

We used Letsignit (LSI) for 3 years before I came onboard. The rollout was limited and never expanded due to a clunky UI (both end-user and administrator) and failures when emails were processed through LSI's servers. We wanted a product where our teams wouldn't need server-side signatures (to avoid these issues), but to still have it as an option for those sending from mobile devices or non-company computers. CodeTwo ticked those two wishes off our list easily.

Does what it promises

We are using the signature products from CodeTwo for over ten years now and they never failed us (except when the problem sits 2ft. in front of the screen, of course :) )

PROS

The core feature is to create signatures and disclaimers and this works perfectly. Even complex logics or special conditions are no problem and work like a charm.

CONS

The pricing model as SaaS is not my favorite, because it has some disadvantages (e.g. you cannot put it in some leasing contract).

Reason for choosing Email Signatures for Office 365

better pricing for current customers and overall satisfaction.

Signatures that just work

Excellent product and very well integrated into Office 365

PROS

Easy to use, provide dynamic signatures, Set it up and forget about it.

CONS

Initial setup and integration with Office 365 tenancy took some time but when done once, was easy to do on subsequent occasions for clients.

Reason for choosing Email Signatures for Office 365

Used their on-prem product for Exchange in the past and was very impressed with it so their Office 365 offering was a natural progression.
