There are no longer any inconsistencies with our signatures. I don't get calls of so and so's email signatures have a line out of place or the logo is missing.

The on-premise version could get a little confusing at times, especially when trying to arrange graphics and configure font appearances.

Exclaimer is great for keeping our  signature up to date with office 365. It connects with on prem AD and syncs pretty well.
