Marketing agencies can bulk import customer details in different file formats such as CSV, Excel or Active Directory, share the design with clients, and make adjustments to the design in real-time. Gimmio lets administrators create signatures from pre-built templates and save personalized layouts for promotions. Supervisors can organize signatures into groups and prepare them based on departments or locations. It lets professionals update signatures in bulk and create, modify or remove users from groups.

Pros:

Gimmio (formerly Zippysig) is great because of the level of customization and "wiggle room", if you will. I always appreciate individuality. Putting the signature together is rather simple, as well as matching the theme to any pre-existing branding you may have. Customer support was satisfyingly responsive and polite.

Cons:

Implementing the signature was a bit complicated. Surprisingly, that's the only problem I had with Gimmio.
